The service was very good; staffs are so friendly and polite from the reception, the pool, kids club to the security by the beach. Happy hours at the pool bar was a plus. Clean beach to walk and relax. The room condition needs to be upgraded (floor6) but great size and good view from the balcony.

Nice Hotel, very spacious room and friendly customer service. I didn’t like the restaurant at beach, the food was not good and pad Thai not comparable to what we ate in Bangkok.

This hotel is located in the heart of Hua Hin, and the area around it is really lively at night, with plenty of food options, massage places, and a 7-Eleven right nearby – super convenient. The room facilities are a bit dated, but still perfectly functional. The public areas are great; the pool is quite large and has direct access to the beach, which is a huge plus. The hotel has three restaurants. We had dinner included, which was a set menu, and the food was decent. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of choices.

A great hotel in the best location to be at when visiting Hou Hin. The hotel was clean and the food was outstanding. I tecommmend getting the breakfast and at sunset go to the Lotus rooftop bar and enjoy the sunshine with great food. The only downside was a building site right outside our Jr Executive suite window - 4 days of not using the balcony because of the noise… not the best, however everything else made up for it.

Top location. Beautiful beach. Excellent service but rooms are somewhat worn and hence do not look as clean as they are due to wear and tear. It’s best noticed in the bathroom.  Also we had to move rooms from beach view til city view due to construction noise next door. Impossible to enjoy morning coffee at balcony due to noise from piling and general construction work.

We have been coming to this hotel for 15 years and it never disappoints. We are fortunate enough to now be staying in the newly renovated section and it’s absolutely beautiful. We had a small issue with the first room as it was difficult to access the shower but the delightful manager promptly moved us to an even better room. The location is fantastic as you can walk to lovely restaurants and shops and it’s on the beach and we can’t wait to return

For all my Asian friends, please DO NOT come to this hotel if you don’t want to be discriminated. The hotel general manager, Mr. Philip, is brave enough to be a ****** but too coward to tell his name or position. Here is what happened. My mom and dad chose to celebrate their wedding anniversary in Hilton since they had been there many times and they had a good impression of the hotel. This year my small family stayed in Cetera Grand and we invited my parents to join us, but they insisted to stay in Hilton. So during the daytime I would drive up and hang out with them. On the third day, we went to play by the beach, so my 2-year16-month son didn’t wear the diaper ( and he is also being through a hard time quitting the diaper). When we got back to the hotel, my son suddenly said that he wanted to pee and cannot hold it. So instead of letting him pee in his pants and wet the public place, we quickly move to the grassland nearby and found a tree to let him pee (which was not a good behavior and I apologized to the other manager). This Mr. Phillip came from no where and yelled at us in a very loud voice and a rude way “if you want to pee you should ask our stuff and there is a toilet just over there, this is a five-star hotel” and repeated many times and scared my boy! I explained to him and he kept yelling at us and also freaked out a lady around us. I looked around and found the nearest stuff is like eight or ten meters away who didn’t come to us the whole time. And I checked twice if there was a clear sign of the restroom and saw NONE!! I asked if he is a ****** and would he talk to other white people like this under the same circumstances. He just quickly walked away. So I walked up to this “Mr. Phillip” because he didn’t wear his name badge and asked about his name. He REFUSED to tell me and asked my room number. In consideration of my parents’ safety I didnot tell him because I didnot know who this extreme ****** is! Then l learned from other stuff that he was the GENERAL MANAGER of this “five-star hotel” of which the waitress only asks white people if they would like coffee or tea during breakfast time. So unprofessional!!! We paid the same money for the room but were treated differently. There are a bunch of five-star hotels Asian guests can choose and Mr. Phillip can learn from! This extreme discrimination ruined the rest of our day so my parents checked out right after dinner and moved to the hotel I stayed at and felt more welcomed. I’m still waiting for an apology cause this general manager’s yelling scared my son badly!! We came to this place for fun not for INSULTING!!Worst hotel manager ever in Huahin and every time I think of Huahin I would recall this ugly memory. For Mr. Phillip, if you don’t welcome Asian people and treat we people differently, PLEASE DO NOTE THIS IS A WHITE PEOPLE ONLY HOTEL. So we can save the money or get better service elsewhere. Last but not the least, from your unprofessional stuff, the construction field view, really old rooms, the leaking water tap, the bathtub with ***** to your ****** ATTITUDE, where the hell do you get the courage to say out loud “this is a five-star hotel”? Just the intolerance of a kid and treating Asians differently makes you the top manager of the hotel?! If so anybody in this hotel could do a better job than you do! HAHAHA, real funny! FYI, this is still the Chinese new year, and you gave us Chinese an unforgettable experience and an important lesson-NEVER COME TO HILTON HUAHIN EVER! However, what I had to say is the other Thai managers were friendly and understanding, especially the front desk manager Koh Malee was trying to maintain the brand image of Hilton and her evil boss the whole time and I was really moved by this lady and felt better after sharing my experience with her. The Thai people are always so friendly and lovely!

The interaction is related solely to maintaining hygiene standards in a public area. No reference was made at any time to nationality, ethnicity, or background. The same approach would have been taken in identical circumstances, regardless of who was involved.Contrary to what has been suggested online, no apology was offered at the time of the incident. Instead, the management team member was subjected to verbal remarks delivered in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. In order to prevent the situation from escalating further and to maintain professionalism, the team member disengaged and moved away. Despite this, the individual continued to follow and address him loudly and inappropriately.Following the incident, the hotel received complaints from two registered guests expressing concern about hygiene standards in the garden and pool area. Our team was therefore fulfilling its duty to protect the comfort, safety, and experience of all guests.We categorically reject any claim of discrimination. Our team members were not aware of the individual’s nationality during the interaction, and the matter was addressed solely in relation to public hygiene and guest standards. The rooms are old and the cleanliness is subpar. There's major construction happening nearby, leading to a lot of noise. The surrounding sea area isn't very clean either. I don't recommend this place.

Booked a family suite, and the room was absolutely enormous! Dining was on the executive floor, with complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktail hours. It pretty much covered three meals a day, which was incredibly cost-effective. The location is great, and I loved the poolside bar – sitting there, watching the sea, and listening to the waves was the best part of my day.

Excellent location. Easy access to shops, restaurants, cafe nearby. Close to many golf courses. Free parking. Can see sun rise. Good late afternoon walk along the beach. Only disappointment is the construction next door with mild noise.

Our original room was right above a construction site, but the hotel staff were great and moved us to a different room. The hotel is close to Hua Hin beach and even has a private beach. The front desk offers free printing services. Since it was Chinese New Year, they even gave us complimentary chocolates! It was a very satisfying stay, and it was super convenient for dining and everything else.

This was my second time in Hua Hin, and I finally decided to try the Hilton, which I'd been eyeing for a while. I specifically booked a sea-view premium twin room, hoping to see the hotel pool and the ocean from the balcony. However, the room we were given was on the other side, overlooking a construction site. Even with the windows and doors closed, we could hear the noise during the day. I spoke to the staff, but they said there were no rooms available facing the pool. If I insisted on a pool-facing room, they only had one on the first floor, which had just been renovated and smelled strongly, and it wasn't even the room type I booked. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and they tried their best to help, but the issue remained unresolved. The hotel didn't offer any compensation either. When you're on vacation, your schedule is usually packed, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort out the room problem. I'm not sure if this was an issue with booking through Trip.com or if the hotel treats guests differently. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

The waiter by the pool said that the slides in the pool are only for children to play on. In the case of a small number of people, if their height and weight are similar to children, why can't they play on the pool slides? And the attitude of the pool attendant is not very friendly 😑

Extremely satisfied with this hotel; it really has the best location in Hua Hin. The famous Hua Hin beach is right in front. The hotel's Christmas tree lighting ceremony for the holiday season was a lovely touch. The facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious, and the balcony offers a great sea view. The Chinese restaurant on the 17th floor has delicious food! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.
