太差勁了， 我下午在網上預訂的房間 ，錢都交了， 等我晚上九點左右到那的時候 告訴我沒房間了，讓我看看能不能申請退房 ，外邊正下大雨 我還是喝完酒打車去的 ！ 客服告訴我説是以為我已經來入住了， 我人都沒來身份證都沒登記 還她以為我已經來了 整體太差
