Baiyun International Hotel

The hotel was doing renovations early in the morning without communicating with guests beforehand, resulting in a terrible experience.

Can you believe that such a five-star hotel has no TV signal, no Wi-Fi, and a gap in the door? Although I booked a special room, it was also one of the rooms in this hotel. Because they were renovating, some rooms had no TV signal and no Wi-Fi. He gave such a room to the special room, and did not inform in advance that the special room had no TV signal and no Wi-Fi.  And there was such a big gap after the door was closed. You can see the photos. I only found it when I knocked on the door outside the next day. It can be seen how big a safety hazard there was the night before. The next day, because of my complaint, I was transferred to a new room. It was a newly renovated room, but the shower room flowed directly from the door gap to the bedroom. Because the tiles in the bedroom were not clear, we almost slipped when we came out of the shower room. The photos could not show the water flow because of the reflection of the tiles. The whole picture looked like the room was soaked in water. As such a five-star hotel, can such a room still be sold to customers? Don’t you think it damages the image of your five-star hotel?

1. If you can't stand the sarcasm and sarcastic remarks from the front desk staff, don't go. 2. If you go and ask why the price increases after canceling and rebooking, you'll be told you can't afford it and there are plenty of other options outside. 3. If you can't stand a noisy room, don't go. 4. If you can't stand waking up freezing in the middle of the night and not being able to reach the front desk by phone, don't go. 5. If you booked the room through various websites, don't go, because you'll be told there are no rooms available; you can get a room if you pay at the hotel. 6. Never make requests to the front desk staff; they'll harass you and make you question your existence. 7. If you ask for a quiet room, you'll be told that's how it is for rooms around 100 RMB; if you pay 300 RMB, this is how it is. 8. If you accidentally knock over a damaged sign, the staff will deduct your deposit without your consent. 9. If you want a terrible experience, go and experience it!

The environment is first-class, the accommodation conditions are great, and the service is very friendly. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The room is clean and tidy, and it’s a great value. I didn’t expect to spend such a small amount of money to stay in such a high-end hotel. It’s a very value-for-money experience.

The rooms in the front building all reeked of sweat, the decor looked like it was from the 1950s or 60s, the TVs and other hardware were old and worn out, and the soundproofing was terrible—you could hear everything being said next door.
