Once a benchmark hotel in Huaihua, it was once considered a five-star hotel by outsiders. Now it can only be compared with Hanting and even the whole season! The front desk is not skilled, the lobby is messy like a family hotel, the room should be upgraded, and the intelligent control is done. The hygiene is also good, but there is no hot water for my shower in the morning!

酒店環境非常好，投影房很大很舒適！而且追劇app自帶vip，輕鬆追劇的感覺太好啦！酒店整體服務也很不錯，可以接送站，並且有免費洗衣服務！下次出差還會選擇這裏入住

很棒，前台，客房的都好好，原本擔心空調不好，也沒有，晚上睡覺蓋被還有點冷，在中心鬧市區，但是確不吵，晚上睡的很好，房間裏也很好很乾凈，下次還住這裏

服務超級好好，房間是翻新過的，住着很舒服。酒店是有早餐廳的，粥，米粉，麪包牛奶這些都有的，包括健身房，還有高鐵站的免費接送服務，除了免費洗衣最讓我驚喜的是連鞋子都能洗，很感謝酒店阿姨[玫瑰]，服務真的很棒，不管是前台還是做衞生的阿姨都很親切，這個價格和這個配套服務在懷化來説真是數一數二的！ 以後都會來的，值得好評

帶小朋友去玩，下午入住了這家酒店，晚上帶小朋友出去玩回來覺得房間很熱，以為是空調才開的原因，結果晚上沒有空調，半夜熱的睡不着，酒店説送風扇，感情我開個房睡覺就是為了去吹風扇？這個天吹個風扇？我這邊要求換房，換空調好的房間，前台説喊服務員去看哪個房間空調效果好，後面給我回電話説空調壓縮機壞了，整棟樓都沒有空調，説衹能給風扇，要麼就退房，孩子都睡著了，半夜1-2點抱着孩子去找酒店？逗我呢，也沒有提前告知，辦理入住時就應該告知，這個處理過程差不多1小時，然後見着服務員送來的風扇，一整晚都熱的睡不着，然後酒店自助早餐也很差，西瓜都是前一天的，有點味道，東西也少，不推薦大家來入住，太差了，遭罪，房間廁所門也是壞的關不上，廁所馬桶也是鬆動的，房間裏的燒水壺也是很臟，燒再多次水都有很多污垢，完全不能使用，設施老舊，壞的也多，連房間空調都是壞的，哪怕正常提供空調都是沒有冷氣的，以後看見這家酒店繞着走，花錢遭罪
