一個人住，大小合適，智能馬桶很好用，服務也不錯。因為是來考試的，感覺看書燈光設計的有點不合理，書桌上的燈可以再亮一點，床頭的燈也不夠亮，好像也不可以調節。因為之前住過幾次，感覺還不錯，這次就沒有挑離考場近點的酒店。可是運氣不太好，懷化這兩天突然降温，好像所有的酒店暖氣都沒有開放，有點冷，服務員送了個暖風機。因為要等老公過來接，預訂時選了延時退房，這個還是挺不錯的。

服務態度很好，但一入房間以後，什麼物品都明碼標價有點low,酒店設計也很奇怪，左邊睡，床頭燈按鍵九個亮晶晶，正躺着睡頭頂兩個紅幽幽的滅火系統，轉右邊，空調開關綠幽幽，另外，地毯應該很久沒有清潔，一進房間兩個人不久就全身爽,中午想睡個好覺也不行，客房清潔一直在大聲講話，持續兩個小時。
