The hotel staff went above and beyond by putting my clothes in the washing machine late at night, then drying them, hanging them to air dry, and finally folding them and delivering them to my room the next morning. It was incredibly thoughtful and a huge help. I can't thank them enough, they really solved a problem for me! 👌 Highly recommended. The hotel is new and clean. Definitely worth recommending."

"While staying at the hotel, I received a complimentary bathhouse voucher. After a scrub and moisturizing treatment with aloe vera and lotion at the bathhouse, I was scalded by the excessively hot water on the plastic sheet used to make the bed. The burn was red and swollen that night, and I tried to bear it, but it worsened after two days. I went to the bathhouse manager, but neither he nor the woman who scrubbed me admitted it was caused by the bathhouse; they claimed I had caused it myself through other means. I had no choice but to call the police. The police arrived and said the dispute could be resolved between the parties involved, or I could file a lawsuit in court, and then they left. They said I needed to prove the cause of my injury and go to the hospital for a checkup. I asked the lobby manager, Ms. Hao, to go with me. On the way, the manager told me, "The doctor at Huailai County Hospital diagnosed it as an allergic skin infection. You, don't speak..." (The sentence is incomplete and ends abruptly.)"
