酒店位置緊靠遺愛湖、東坡外灘商圈內，但是現在東坡外灘似乎商業沒成氣候，有些破敗感。 房間內的設施比較完備，空間也比較大，浴缸特別大，兩人泡沒問題。 衞生，第一天泡了後，明顯第二天沒保潔時沒弄，還有泥在崗壁上，一大片，無語。 早餐比較簡單，有當地比較特色的麪食，小菜少了些。 還有前台接待不怎麼熱情，進門不招呼，純純辦理入住業務。 安全性上，有多處門可以進酒店，沒有安保人員，可以隨意進出。半夜還有人在酒店內隨意喧嘩。

洗澡的時候發現放的兩瓶洗髮水，走的時候房間發現多出來一衹拖鞋，衞生質量堪憂，其他的不用説了，唯一有點特色就是房間在負一樓，有臨水樓台

應該算是我住過最差的酒店了，不説別的真的特別吵，走廊裏一直有人開開關關門，而且是不停的那種，而且跑來跑去聲音特別大，我睡不着孩子也睡不着。當天晚上我就已經打電話給前台我説都12點多了能不能讓走廊裏的人聲音小一點，前台講她會去看看，但是我看是沒有任何的效果。另外一點我們入住的時候前台再給一對夫妻推薦一個會員卡之類的東西，我們等了很久他也沒有衹言半語説不好意思之類的。
