JiangYuan Heritage Boutique Hotel

Excellent hotel! They didn't ask for a good review, but I'm willingly giving them five stars across the board. The service was fantastic; they anticipated every need I didn't even realize I had – so thoughtful! Having stayed in many hotels, I know that service is far more important than the facilities. The young man named Duan at the hotel explained everything so well and was very charming. He even gave me an umbrella when it rained. All the staff hired by the owner are incredibly caring, making this a truly warm and wonderful place. ❤️

This guesthouse is nestled in a historic alley of Tunxi Old Street. It boasts convenient transportation and is surrounded by various restaurants and shops. They offer airport pick-up service, and the butler even comes out to help with luggage, showcasing their incredibly thoughtful service. The guesthouse is a renovated century-old building. The front hall and main entrance exude an antique charm with exquisite wood carvings and vintage furniture, all steeped in history. Staying here feels like a journey back in time to ancient Huizhou. The guest room area is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean with fresh air. The room's interior is very new, featuring modern facilities. The bathroom fixtures are Kohler, and the hairdryer is Dyson, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. This is a guesthouse run with genuine passion, and the owner clearly has a great appreciation for culture. It's a perfect blend of historical heritage and modern comfort. It exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Facilities: There are three courtyards serving as public lounge areas, and on the second floor, there are two common tea-drinking spaces. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located in the heart of Tunxi Old Street, this hotel is a converted old house. Service: There's a dedicated shuttle to pick up guests at the intersection, and they provide an introduction to the house's history. In the morning, they offer a set menu with a choice of three main dishes. The tea provided is also excellent; you can brew it using the tea sets in your room or in the public areas.

This hotel is truly unique, a 200-year-old ancient house that is a piece of history in itself. Instead of paying to visit traditional Huizhou ancient houses, it's far better to simply listen to the housekeeper explain the history of the Jiang residence right here. Our room was also very new, and the service was warm and attentive. My only small suggestion would be to add towel and clothes racks in the bedroom, which would make it even better.

This guesthouse, converted from an old Jiang family residence, was reportedly designed by architects from Hong Kong and Shanghai. You can see the thoughtful design everywhere, perfectly blending the traditional elements of Huizhou architecture with modern functionality. Every detail in the room is meticulously curated, from the decor and furnishings to the tea sets, tissue boxes, toiletries, and bedding – all very comfortable. The guesthouse is located right on Tunxi Old Street, and it's also conveniently close to a main road, making it easy to catch a taxi. The staff's service was also very attentive. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The B&B is located in an alley within the old town, so it's very quiet. It's a refurbished old building, blending old and new elements, which gives it a unique charm. The service was excellent. The butler contacted us a day in advance to confirm our arrival time and turned on the AC so the room would be comfortable. They even waited for us at the parking lot, helped with our luggage, and introduced us to nearby attractions. There were welcome fruits and tea. The facilities were great. The bathroom facilities were good, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and although I couldn't identify the brand of toiletries, they smelled lovely and didn't dry out my skin after washing. A special mention for the breakfast: the noodles were delicious!
