Dirty plates, no hand washing stations or even sanitizer at the buffet. Unreasonable price, food is 10x the price outside the mountain (¥400 for eggs and fungus), uncooperative service manner, room card didn’t work, bathtub dirty, the servers don’t pour your tea or try to provide you with any form of service whatsoever except for one who we initially ordered from was polite and helpful.
Would definitely not recommend this hotel. ¥600-700 for the regular room with good view would be fair, food maybe 4x the price of outside would be reasonable, but this is completely irrational.
The workers, while I’m sure they’re lovely people, don’t understand the concept of service. And I’m sure the owners are the same to lack training and maintenance for basic hygiene and functionality of amenities such as room cards, hand washing stations, clean plates or basic value for services provided.
