Service: I called the front desk to deliver a quilt, and it took three calls before it was delivered. The front desk didn't have any courtesy issues like the front desk. They said they asked the eldest sister to deliver it. The eldest lady was even more funny when she delivered it, and she didn't even say a word of apology. , instead, if it’s cold, you can turn on the air conditioner. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the service industry. Cleanliness: There was dust everywhere, especially the bath towels, which were at least a few years old and were still being used by guests. The mattress is also very high and too soft. My whole body hurts when I sleep on it. The room is very small.

如家很多年前出差經常住，這次抱着試一下的態度入住，有驚喜，環境和早餐都很好，值得再次光顧。

打破了我對如家的固有印象呢，房間寬敞乾淨，有兩棟樓，一棟靠裏，挨着某小區，一棟臨江。就是房間燈光稍暗。位置很好，停車場有地上也有地下。自駕首選。

房間乾淨整潔，就在新安江邊上，離屯溪老街也很近。唯一的不足是停車位太少了，周邊都是飯店，車輛特別多，停車位比較緊張。

不錯，環境很好，酒店就是酒店，比賓館好多了，樓下還有烘乾機和乾洗機，方便了爬山後的休息。還有早餐吃。

酒店位置不錯，離老街很近，走過去五分鐘，靠新安江，江景房效果非常不錯，房間大小合適，乾濕分離，大堂也挺大，公共區域佈置很温馨，停車場也不錯，獨立停車，房間設施很ok，熱水温度，水壓都正常，唯一要吐槽的是，房間衞生沒有打掃徹底，保潔阿姨衹打掃了房間設施表面的衞生，但她沒有想到，衞生間馬桶附近地上有尿漬，沒有處理乾淨，入住以後總感覺一股尿騷味，最後才發現原來是地上的，燒了開水沖了也沒用，因為很晚到酒店，就沒有通知前台換房或者打掃了，這麼大一個bug，否則可以給五分了。

酒店位置很好，在屯溪老街邊上，老街很好逛很熱鬧。旁邊是新安江，老徽州碼頭，晚上還有燈光秀。訂的高級雙床房，比普通人雙床房要貴，主要貴在是臨江的房間，以為能看江景，結果是三樓，外面完全被樹檔住了，其實普通雙人床就好。對了，不用訂帶早飯的，附近的早飯很好吃，燒餅、撻粿、餛飩、酒釀湯圓都很贊。

經濟實惠性價比高，整體還算乾淨，茶水台有灰塵希望後續能改進，前台的服務很好，點贊👍
