Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady provided excellent service. They even left three down jackets in the room, so I didn't have to worry about the cold when watching the sunrise in the morning. There was also a shoe dryer and a foot bath, allowing me to sleep soundly and wash away a day's fatigue. 😄 This is my second stay at Baiyun Hotel, and I will definitely choose it again next time. It's highly recommended and offers the best value for money. It's also conveniently located near Bright Summit, Aoyu Peak, and West Sea Grand Canyon. Both the environment and service are top-notch!

I traveled during the May Day holiday, avoiding the peak crowd, and my highly anticipated Huangshan trip was absolutely perfect. I originally planned to stay at a hotel on Bright Summit, but I changed it at the last minute the day before my hike. I'm so glad I chose Baiyun Hotel! The five-star service was impeccable – they provided foot soak tubs, shoe dryers, flashlights, and even down jackets. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered fruit, and the 'Wogan' mandarins were incredibly sweet. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. Just a small suggestion: two bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, and the 160 CNY dinner buffet wasn't as good as breakfast; it could definitely be improved. Manager Xiao Min was excellent, and the self-directed performances by everyone were fantastic.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We went to Aoyu Peak to watch the sunrise, and the scenery was beautiful. In the evening, the hotel even prepared wonderful performances for guests. It was a fantastic stay. They even thoughtfully prepared souvenirs for us.

Its location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tianhai, close to Bright Summit, Aoyu Peak, and the West Sea Grand Canyon. You won't have to travel far to catch the sunrise, saving you time and effort. The rooms are clean and dry, the bedding is comfortable, and the amenities are comprehensive. They've thought of every detail, like complimentary down jackets, shoe dryers, and foot-soaking tubs, which completely alleviate the fatigue of climbing. The butler service is incredibly warm; they'll remind you of sunrise times and help plan your routes with a gentle and professional attitude. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes and is great value for money. To find such accommodation and service high up in the mountains truly exceeded my expectations. If you're heading to Huangshan, book this without hesitation!

The room was surprisingly clean. The hotel also provided a butler who gave us lots of helpful tips. They even had down jackets available for guests to watch the sunrise and sunset, which was great because it gets quite chilly in the mornings and evenings on Huangshan. You'll definitely want to bring an extra pair of pants! The hotel also prepared foot soaking tubs, which we absolutely loved and really needed. The service was excellent, and there was even a Huangmei Opera performance which was quite good. Highly recommend it!

The room was clean and had a heater, which was great for drying clothes. It's about a 20-minute walk to Bright Summit. The hotel's breakfast was plentiful, and the butler was very welcoming, even bringing us fruit and coffee.

Huangshan's scenery is absolutely stunning. Baiyun Hotel has an excellent location, very close to the West Sea Grand Canyon. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service and environment are excellent in all aspects. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.
