Microtel by Wyndham Huangshan Tangkou

Free parking available, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. They have smart toilets too. The room was spacious with two sinks. We even got a room upgrade, and they gave us walking sticks for our trip to Huangshan. It's only about 100 meters from the South Gate, very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. It's genuinely a great place.

This stay far exceeded my expectations and offered incredible value for money. The location was excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The staff were all very warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a fantastic rest. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a small gift from the hotel upon checkout. Their attention to detail truly shines through. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to KFC, and it's quite close to Namdaemun (South Gate) by shuttle bus. There's a large parking lot out front. If you're going to climb Mount Huangshan, you can stay here for two nights. After climbing Huangshan, you'll be too tired. It's better to just get a foot massage near Tangkou or play some mahjong before heading back. Going to other villages would be too much of a hassle. It's better to find a scenic spot on the mountain and stay there a bit longer. The West Sea Grand Canyon isn't that interesting, and the queue for the small train is ridiculously long.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the scenic area's transfer center. You can easily walk across the white pedestrian bridge directly to the transfer entrance, which is very convenient for those who want to get an early start climbing Mount Huangshan. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The hotel offers free parking, making it easy to come and go. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, so overall, it's quite convenient.

As always, I love Wyndham Hotels. The lady at the front desk was so helpful; she upgraded our room for free, gave us complimentary hiking poles, and a map of Huangshan. The room was spacious and well-equipped with new facilities. It was also very clean and tidy. There are many great restaurants nearby, and we stayed for two nights. My family and I were all very satisfied. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.
