酒店的管家服務真是讓我驚呆，從進門到出門，前台的微笑問候，熱情處理各種問題，突然下大雨很多行李前台的小姐姐扛着行李從停車場搬運酒店 我們都淋濕了，前台還給我們送了薑茶，很是感激，辦好入住房間很大很乾凈，樓頂有個書吧我很喜歡，第二天的早餐也好吃😋吃完早餐管家就把我們約了太平湖，送了門票，介紹了整個太平湖的遊玩攻略，很是輕鬆＋快樂的行程。走的時候管家還給我們一袋零食，很是貼心。

Hotel staff was all friendly, helpful and polite. They were ready to assist with a smile :) Room was clean and comfortable. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the hotel car service can drop off the guests near the entrance door of the bus station instead of dropping them outside along the road. It was quite challenging to walk going to the bus station with luggage. Thanks.

We stayed here for four consecutive days and felt deeply at home. The hotel facilities and environment are first-class and can be compared with four-star hotels. More importantly, they treat guests with affectionate care and help. The front desk managers Xiao Wang and Xiao Jiang took the initiative to lend us handrails when using cars, catering, and mountain climbing. We were deeply moved and left a good memory of Huangshan people and the hotel.
