The room is large and the equipment is newer. Xie Xiaochen at the front desk was respectful and courteous and gave me an upgrade. The room service is also very responsive and has good feedback on everything. Worthy of praise. The location of the hotel is also an advantage. It is just opposite Liyang Street, which is a street with both culture and Internet celebrities. After seeing the rapeseed flowers and Huizhou architecture during the day, it is perfect to come here to experience the night and lights. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and the quality is pretty good. It's a pity that the milk is of a certain brand (I had adverse reactions after drinking it in other hotels) and it can't be paired with bread. It would be even better if the bread was more European style (not sweet). The only thing I have to say is the parking lot setting. Our hotel guests actually paid for it (no one told us how to scan the code to enter and exit). It not only affected our appearance time, but also affected the entry and exit of subsequent vehicles and affected the public order. In most other hotels, the front desk asks for the license plate number and sets it up in the background so that the railing automatically releases the vehicle when it enters or exits. Convenience to guests should be the first priority a hotel should have.

No wonder it’s so cheap on National Day, with a reduced standard of five stars. I live in Building 5, which is a large B&B. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel that does not provide centralized hot water supply, but uses electric water heaters. Better B&Bs do more than this, let alone Hanting Home Inn 😂😂 So it was normal for the bathtub to be unavailable. The quilt is a fiber quilt, and the towels and bath towels are very modern and are standard equipment. As for hair dryers, electric kettles, etc., just have the main one. The carpet in the room, the oversized faucet, the oversized bathroom, and the traces of the five-star hotel back then. The breakfast is also downgraded. It's not as good as a better four-star hotel, so don't expect too much.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!
