訂賓館的時候因為已經是凌晨兩點多了，點擊錯了，選成他們家賓館了，把錢付款了，然後我沒有去住，我就給賓館第一次打電話，前台説衹要攜程處理了他們就可以退，後面攜程説那邊老闆又不讓退了，我反覆打了好多次電話，要不我説我是退費的他就掛了，要不前台就説老闆不在，118元，我又沒説然後你全退，就118元沒多少錢，到這樣的老闆做生意能長久嗎？

停車場在別人停車場停車，房間電視遙控器也是壞的，換成別的房間看電視。燒水壺是爛的，洗澡要放很長時間，水量特別小。在也不能看網上點評，許多都是照片漂亮，進房間後，特別後悔。
