This hotel is far beyond my expectation. Their kindness started since our first day staying with them. We arrived Huashan 9am in the morning, and we just needed to leave our luggages with them, then find some places to visit, but the owner showed her warm welcome by allowing us to check in our rooms. She was also being sincere for the discounted huashan ticket price which save us alot. She also gave us a ride and dropped us at the entrance of Mt. Huashan. Once we finished the climbing, her car is ready to pick up us back to the hotel. What an impressive service we could ask for. She will always make sure we had a delicious dinner while staying with her by recommending a nice restaurant, not a scam ones. Communication was never be a problem withbthe ownere or any of her cousins as we use google translator to make it work.

The room was wide and clean. The owner very friendly and helpful. She can't speak english but so much passion to take care us. We contact via wechat, she was very fast response and good managed for help us to booking huashan tickets. Free service about pick up-drop off during stay for 2 nights. Their driver also nice and service. The hotel located away from Huashan north railway station (15 mins by car).

This hotel is warm welcome from Jiejie host. She is really energetic, warm service and suggests everythings which is great deal like booking ticket for us to visiting Huashan, pick up-drop off service. Great service in hosting us a family of 3 pick and drop off at station and itinerary locations. . Amazing lunch and hospitality thruout , will highly recommend for those with family's and group travellers.

The hotel was great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They will pick you up from and drop you off at the railway station! If you have any questions about the mountain, they can help! The room was clean and the amenities were great!

Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Greatly impressed and absolutely satisfied with our stay here. The owner / manager Shi and her family members were extremely friendly and helpful, they did their best to help us, independent foreign toursits traveling to China for the first time, to have successful and unforgettable experiences with our hike to Mt Huashan. Everything is perfect for us: location, facilities of the hotel, free service of picking up, dropping off at train station, Huashan visitor Center, buying online in advance for us all necessary tickets for our hike to Mt Huashan next day,… Certainly I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to Huashan.

I was impressed by the hospitality of all staff here. When I first contacted the hotel, the manager offered me all transportations I needed including from Huashan station to the hotel, the hotel to Huashan entrance, as well as Huashan entrance back to the high speed train station. She also assisted me purchasing entrance, cable cars, and bus tickets. Even though I speak little Mandarin, our coordination was easy and went smoothly. The accommodation itself is located not far from Huashan entrance (~10 minutes by car). The room is affordable and suits for the price you pay for. The hotel did not have the breakfast at the time I stayed and was advised to find breakfast before going up the mountain (around the entrance area). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

The owner is very nice and helpful!!! The hotel is close to the scenic spot, and they arrange the transport for you, which is very convenient. Beds are super comfy, and we slept very well. Overall, an excellent choice and we would repeat.

Near to Huashan for people interested in climbing the the mountain. Hotel owner will fetch you to and fro the train station and the Huashan entrance.

The location of the hotel is quite near the Hua Shan Scenic area. The host is very friendly and helpful, he even did the pick up and drop off for us to and fro at the scenic area and train station. All our welfare are being taken care when we were staying at hotel. I would recommend strongly this hotel to my friends when they travel to Hua Shan.

The room is big and clean. The boss provide private free transportation to huashan and back hotel. And also to the high speed rail station. Highly recommended.

Nini was fantastic. She helped with all my questions and even arranged free transport between her hotel and mount Hua for my hikes. The rooms were clean and warm. Location was literally a 15 min walk to the National park entrance. Would definitely stay again
