Reviews of Mong Kok Meisu (Huashan Scenic Area Ticket Office)

Owner drove us from our accoms to the Huashan visitor centre! After finishing our itinerary at Huashan, he drove us from the visitor centre itself to Huashanbei Station! Accommodation was amazing, on par with 3/4 star hotel! He also provided us with free mineral water. Inside the room itself there is a small water dispenser as well!

The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the bus drop off from the north entrance (1st stop). The owners are super friendly and helpful. They helped to get the tickets to Huashan and also provide pickup/dropoff from the train station and the entrance to the mountains. He even dropped me to the hot spring location free of charge. The view from the room is superb! When I arrived in Xi'an, I noticed that my laptop's cable was missing. I wasn't very sure if I left it at the property, but I contacted them via wechat anyway. He got back to me almost immediately and told me he will courier to me at my hotel in Xi'an. It was a Sunday night and i got it the next day afternoon. He didn't even ask me to pay for the courier fee! I am eternally grateful for his prompt service as I wouldn't be able to access my laptop otherwise.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location. With shops and food close by, while still providing a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was also amazing and even though there was a language barrier they went above and beyond in every way.

Cozy and extra services The owner takes care you all the time from arriving to departure at railway station. He picked up, bought all Huahan tickets for me then drop off again at the railway station. The room is clean and spacious, you have everything you need during your stays. The hotel provides foods and meals as well. A perfect place to visit Huashan. Highly recommended

Service from the heart. From picking us up from the train station, to helping us to sort out tickets for huashan; and also to even sending us to the tourist centre, to board the bus to transport us up the mountain. Best to ask them which route to take up the mountain, as they would be able to advise, based on how much of a climb you want. With their suggestion, we went by the easier West peak. In short, they have made all efforts to make our stay so pleasant, and as much as possible, a seamless one, when it comes to arranging things. They even had gone as far as sorting out transportation to Xi'an for us, and had even walked us through a few options. We took the room with the king-sized bed with the balcony on the second floor, which gives a good view of the mountain. Picture enclosed is the lovely view we got to the right of the balcony. The hotel is literally meters (a very short walk) from the first return stop, the mountain tour bus will make, on its return from the North Peak. A family-run business, with people who are genuine.

Fantastic service! Helped us with all the huashan bookings and provided gloves and water for the trip. Dinner and breakfast were good! Room is big and clean.

We arrived at Hua Shan in the evening with the plan to climb for a full day the next day and then a half day the day after that (staying two nights in total). Guest house was easy to reach by Didi from the train station and we received a warm welcome and briefing on how to approach the mountain when we arrived. The hosts also offered to organise our tickets for us (you’ll need separate tickets for the cable cars, shuttle buses, and the mountain itself, with each of the shuttle bus and cable cars being run by a different company).  Lovely view of the mountain at sunset from our room! The room was large but a bit sparse, no couch or anything even though there was space for one and no fridge in the room (we brought a fair bit of food with us). The mattress was very firm (to the liking of one of us and the distaste of the other!). The bathroom was a bit bizarre but functional (sink outside the bathroom) though the shower did smell of cigarette smoke even though we’d booked a non smoking room. Otherwise comfortable and well equipped for what we needed.  The guest house operates a kitchen with a huge menu and all the food was delicious. We are vegan and were more than amply catered for! Dinner is served until 8pm and the kitchen seems to be in operation for most of the day.  The hosts kindly picked us up from the shuttle bus drop and also dropped us back to the train station when we left.  To note, unlike other mountains in China, the only way to get hot water on the mountain is to pay for it from a cafe. We had assumed there would be dispensers based on past experience but couldn’t find any.

One of the best hotel we’ve ever been to. Number one, they took us at the train station to the hotel for free. Number two, they explained us everything we needed to know for hiking the Hua Shan mountain and they even provided us with gloves to ‘escalate’ some steep parts without hurting our hands. Number three, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have a breathtaking view on the mountain. Number four, they prepared our breakfast at 6am and then dropped us off at the park entrance. By the way if you want to go to the mountain by cable car, the hotel is just 1min away by foot from the entrance. They have also dropped us off at the train station when we had to leave. Very professional and gentle staff. Strongly recommended !!!

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, modern furnished, even got the electric toilet seat(very nice to have during winter). The owner was really helpful and friendly, swapped our room for free so we could get more space. They will drive you to the information centre for the shuttle bus to Hua Mountain, also the train station after your stay. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

This hotel so good, so near Mount Hua ticketing. Clean ，beautifull view, And this hotel so helpfull us. I am not chinese, and this the first time I travel to Moun Hua. I don't know anything, but they so help me to buy ticket in the whole Huashan Area, included Cable Car, Bus, Tracking to scinenic area, XiYue tample. And they give me free to drive to some Area. And I am not eating Pork, they also guide me to the restaurant without pork. So so helpfull. So recoment you guys if you want to travel to Huashan. Not worry about anything if you stay in this hotel. With good room, good fasility, good service. And cheaper also. Love.

We had a great stay at the B&B. Stayed in a clean room with a beautiful view and location is super convenient for climbing 华山. We didn’t need to take any taxis or buses here — the owners collected us from the train station and the next day drove us to and from the tourist centre. They also have a restaurant downstairs serving great dinner and breakfast. All of the owners were very friendly/knowledgeable of the area and helped us re-plan our hike given a 2-day closure of the nearest gondola. Thanks!
