Huge hotel. The hot springs were amazing. Breakfast choices were limited and food was quite expensive.

Wonderfully close to Mount Hua. Didn’t quite make it to the hot spring, but heard it was wonderful.

The hotel is located right beside in of the entrances to Huashan . The pool and hot springs were great but only opened at 11 o’clock and quite a few of the springs did not get filled .

It is a nice environment and nice service, the staff are polite and helpful, and customer service is good.

A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

Super big room with hua shan views. Low tourist season means it feels like we book out the whole hotel!

Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent staffers provided impeccable services, especially Lee (did not get his full name but he mentioned that his grandmother was a physician) drove us around to the spas and showed us around.

We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay. The hotel features a hot-spring spa area as well as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. (Extra charges for each unless you book the package through c trip. The hotel is walking distance from the scenic area entry so well worth booking if you want to relax after a day in the mountains.

We booked a twin room with mountain view. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was large. After a full day of playing in Huashan, it was really comfortable to return to the hotel and soak in the hot springs. The service staff in the hot spring area are very attentive. They served chrysanthemum tea and introduced the characteristics of each hot spring. Five stars.

I stayed here for climbing Mount Huashan because of its convenient location. I could just park my car at the hotel and walk there. The front desk also helped me book the tickets for Mount Huashan. The surprise was that after climbing the mountain, I soaked in the hot springs there, and the pain in my thighs was relieved a lot. I felt full of energy the next day. The equipment is a little old, but I am very satisfied with other aspects. It is worth recommending.

The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy! The service attitude is warm and thoughtful! The environment is beautiful and comfortable! The hot spring is very comfortable!

The room is very nice, facing the Qinling Mountains. It is also very close to Huashan Visitor Center. Quite convenient. The only drawback was that I booked the Huashan tickets through the hotel, but there were problems twice. Fortunately, they were solved after a phone call.
