Townhouse No. 12 is a peaceful little (big, actually) house in an excellent location in Huddersfield!
I'm staying here for a few days before my University hall room gets sorted out, and I have to say this: I wish I didn't have to leave!
The rooms are spacious and warm, the beds were extremely comfortable, the water was hot and the toilets were spotless (even after being shared).
The house is also very safe, with automatic lights, audio+video cctv in common areas, and electronic door locks.
The manager Joan pulled a big feat with this house, and I loved my stay here. It's great value for money, 100% recommended!

Love the keyless code entry system. Very useful if your arrival is delayed. The attic room was clean and well presented, with two single beds. Quiet location, so got a good night's sleep.Joan the host, allowed us to store our two bicycles in the hall for the one evening, which we stayed. Would stay again

Room quality was ok but no brilliant.; kind of like typical student accommodation or 2 star hotel, can’t help thinking given the quality of the room the whole
£100 deposit was a bit over the top . I have said in a lot of hotels and band b s and never had thus , sometimes in 4 or 5 star hotels they ask for card details but never actually draw money from your account

Nice comfortable stay.
Our room & the shared bathrooms were clean. Joan kept in regular contact to make sure we weren’t short of anything & everything was ok for our stay.

Clean, comfy and friendly.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfy. Very central to the town centre. Would highly recommend.
