The staff were really kind and welcoming. They gave us a map so we were able to operate the city and know where the good spots are. The hostel itself was clean and tidy, unfortunately if you are looking for social activities you may be disappointed as it is definitely more of a quieter, chill place (which is what I was looking for). The bed was comfortable and towels were provided. Sadly, the boiler for the shower did not work so I had to have cold showers. Which I was not too worried by, but if I was to stay longer then this may have bothered me. Lastly, outside the building there are some groundworks going on, it wasn’t too noisy, I slept fine but if you are a light sleeper then maybe it might be difficult for you!

Nice place. Friendly and kindly staff. Best location in the central of Hue City. There are many services such as: motorbike renting, laundry and daily tour. I would definitely book this place one more time should I visit Hue in the future! Recommend for this hostel. Lovely!

Very friendly staff happy to help with all questions and would highly recommend to any travellers looking for somewhere to stay in Hue. The rooms are excellent and affordable! Beds very comfortable and good food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, clean spacious rooms - can definitely recommend the hostel! We only passed though, but they helped us with organising our motorcycles for the Hai Van Pass. We also got some food and it was really nice too!

Je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit à l'hôtel mais je le recommande sans aucune réserve. C'est un hôtel très moderne, très confortable, situé dans le meilleur secteur de la ville de Hué. Les chambres sont belles je les ai presque toutes vues très lumineuses et très joliment décorées. Mais le principal attrait de cet établissement et ce qui le distingue de beaucoup d'autres de qualité comparables c'est la serviabilité la gentillesse et l'efficacité de son personnel. Les merveilleuses jeunes filles à l'accueil avant même que je prenne une chambre ont passé des heures à résoudre mes problèmes de voyageur. Merci mille fois Tram et Hue, je ne suis pas prêt de vous oublier et je reviendrai c'est promis!
