Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent.
There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

A lavishly furnished hotel in the heart of Hue. Warm welcomes from all the staff followed by an introduction to a sumptuous room marked the start of an idyllic stay here. Really comfortable bed, well designed shower room. A truly extensive breakfast buffet. Everyone involved in this hotel displays utter professionalism.

The staff are incredible, very friendly and happy to call taxis for you and explain to the driver on your behalf. The staff were interested and interacted with us and made us feel very welcome. Located in the middle of the noisy district which did not bother us. Rooms well appointed with great bathroom and a pool. Breakfast was very good and included in our stay, lots of options. A great banh mi place over the road and shop close by to buy water and anything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

Only had twenty-four hours in Hue, so wanted a one-night stay somewhere in a handy location, with comfort and good facilities. Tripadvisor reviews suggested this place would be ideal… and it turned out to be perfect! As soon as our taxi pulled on to the forecourt, hotel staff took our bags into the lobby and reception staff welcomed us with drinks. After a few hours in sweltering heat and humidity in the citadel, we headed back to relax by the pool, before heading out for the evening. We didn’t realise that the Rosaleen Boutique Hotel is right in the middle of the busiest nightlife area in town, yet the sound of the neighbourhood doesn’t find its way into the hotel. Exiting the lobby, you have endless choice of bars and restaurants within a hundred metres. Rooms are modern and really comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Extensive breakfast choices. It’s the perfect place to stay, in a great spot. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The teams (clerks) give warm welcoming. I could be served in french by Xuan. All the clercks were very nice and making sure of my well being (Ngoc, Phuong,Tuan). Quiet place, clean, modern shower with hot water working well. Confortable bed. Breakfast has peanut butter and Jam, pancakes and toasts. Also à variety of local food. A good breakfast. Nice pool.
