Good services, convenience location

Cleanliness, location and service is good but breakfast needs to be improved

Great little hotel close to the center of the city. It is also close to karaoke bars that keep on going to the wee hours of the morning. Staff were all very nice and attentive.

Enthusiastic staff, luxurious and private dining room. Location in the heart of the capital, convenient to travel.

First, I chose a room with a bathtub to relieve the fatigue of my trip, but the water pressure was weak and the bathtub plug was broken, so only about 10cm of water was filled. I asked the staff and they said it would fill up, but it didn't work. Next, the handle of the bathtub door came off. I was tired, so I asked the staff to fix it. The only good thing about this hotel was that the male staff member was friendly and had a smile on his face. Also, the breakfast was delicious. We had to wait quite a while to check out, and although I hoped nothing would happen, I was nervous because I had booked a bus. I lost my jacket, etc. It was a very bad experience.

It's conveniently located in the city, but the noise at night was so loud that I had to change rooms after 9pm. The food was not particularly tasty and the portion was too small.

Pros: The service is really warm, the breakfast is really rich, some motorbikes can be rented, and bus tickets can also be purchased on behalf of others; Cons: The facilities are old, the toilet is broken, the lighting in the room is too dim, and the KTV next door is very noisy
