This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is complete with fruits vegetables of a variety of Asian and western food. Great coffee. The property is just fantastic. You’re right on the beach. You have a beautiful beach view. You can sit and at the pool there’s a kitty pool there’s four or five different pools. There’s even one on the roof rooftop and infinity pool and they offer so many additional treats such as access to the Hot Springs at their sister hotel, and a photo shoot depending on what time of year you come and the people are just very warm and friendly. It’s worth every penny.

The front desk upgraded our room, and we got an unbeatable sea view. The dinner buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes, and they even gave us Buddha Jumps Over the Wall (a premium soup) and a bag of snacks for free. There were also plenty of activities for the kids, which was a pleasant surprise. Very good!

I had planned to come here to relax and unwind, but ended up encountering a drone taking unsolicited pictures, twice!!!! The first time was on the evening of April 4th, while watching the fireworks. I spotted a drone (Pic 2), quickly raised my phone to record it. The drone noticed us filming and, after hovering, swiftly flew away. Remembering the hotel front desk sign explicitly stating no drones, I immediately reported it to the hotel. The staff said they would contact security, and when I called the front desk, they also promised to increase patrols. I thought that would be the end of it. The very next day, April 5th! Around 4:30 PM, my partner and I were bathing on the balcony when we spotted another drone taking unsolicited pictures!! I tried to film the drone with my phone, but it noticed us raising our phone and quickly fled. We promptly reported it to the police. When we called the hotel, the response was still just about increasing patrols. The room manager kept deflecting, insisting it could be another hotel's drone, a guest's, or a tourist's – basically saying there was nothing they could do. We tried to discuss compensation with the hotel, but they repeatedly pushed back, only offering us a buffet dinner without a single apology. And they still claim to be a "six-star" hotel? Honestly, after something like this, who could even stomach eating? It's an insult!

The hotel's views are absolutely stunning, but the road leading to it can get a bit congested during peak hours. On the upside, there are plenty of EV charging spots, which is really convenient, and parking in general is a breeze. The hotel offers a ton of facilities and activities, so much so that you could easily spend your whole stay without ever leaving the premises. However, it is an older hotel, and being by the sea, it definitely shows its age a bit more. There were also a few minor issues with cleanliness. Be warned, the restaurants and convenience stores right outside the hotel are quite expensive.

The service is very attentive, and many parents who have stayed here have mentioned that everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, is incredibly thoughtful, proactively offering children's amenities and play recommendations. • Family-friendly highlights: ◦ The rooms are clean and spacious, and the suites have separate living and sleeping areas, which is perfect for families with kids.

I stayed for three days and the room had an excellent view, plus the staff were warm and attentive. On the third day, I caught a cold without realizing it. Lin Lirong from housekeeping provided wonderful service; she was very friendly and empathetic. When she heard my stuffy nose during our conversation, she arranged for the kitchen to prepare ginger tea with brown sugar and have it delivered to my room. She was incredibly thorough and responsible. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right by the beach, and they even upgraded us to a full sea view room in Building 1, which was absolutely beautiful! The kids had a fantastic time too. A special shout-out to Lin Lirong from housekeeping – she was so thoughtful, and the room even came with complimentary drinks and a cute elephant plushie! 🐘

Overall service was good, and visiting during the off-season made the experience even better. Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the hygiene is also good. What's particularly commendable is the service: The driver who took us to Howard Johnson for the hot springs was very enthusiastic and recommended local restaurants to us; the staff at the archery range were incredibly warm and talkative; and then there was the gentleman working at the hotel entrance around 1:30 PM on the 29th, who saw us moving our car and proactively came over to help direct us. Overall, everything was great.

Words can't describe it. Everything stinks, especially the hotel elevator. The room hygiene is really worrying, oh my god! The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed at all, full of hair. What's even more speechless is that the 'deluxe king room' was actually made up of two twin beds pushed together... Who came up with that idea????

Excellent, will definitely come again next time! The 31st-floor infinity pool is amazing, I loved it, great views, truly fantastic, everything was perfect. The service was also excellent. The environment was clean and beautiful. The facilities were top-notch. The hygiene was impeccable. The deep-sea hot springs were so comfortable. And the trending water boating was so much fun! I'll be back for sure.

Traveling with family, the room's decor was very stylish and picturesque, and the bedding was also great. The front desk staff provided excellent service and even upgraded us to a sea-view room. Facilities: Good, Hygiene: Good, Environment: Good, Service: Good

Loved the super king-sized bed and the large balcony. The 25-meter infinity pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, and the water felt clean. The hot spring area had over a dozen different pools, some with a Japanese feel, and they also seemed very clean. There are many restaurants right outside the hotel, and the beach is just downstairs. You can even catch the sunrise from the ocean view rooms.

I highly recommend this hotel, despite a few hiccups during my stay. The feedback and service were incredibly prompt. The service is truly top-notch. However, I do want to raise a safety concern: the balconies currently have no protective railings, especially on the 31st-floor infinity pool, where the stairs are less than half a meter from the edge. I hope this can be addressed.
