Regal Palace Resort

Probably the best hotel in Xunliao Bay. It has a private beach that's not crowded and very comfortable. We only realized how good the water here was after visiting Shuangyue Bay. The only downside is that it's a bit far if you want to visit the night market in the evening. Everything else was great. Don't bother with the boat trips, they're a rip-off.

The service at Regal Palace Resort was excellent; they upgraded our room for free. We could easily reach the housekeeper, Xiao Xing, via WeChat, and she responded very quickly. Regal Palace Resort is a resort hotel with everything you could ask for: a swimming pool, beach, hot springs, kids' playground, and even a zoo. In the evenings, there are band performances and fireworks on the beach.

Our butler Xiao Xing was incredibly reliable. He responded very quickly, was very kind, and thought of every little detail, which really enhanced our vacation.

If you don't have time or can't make it to Hainan to experience Sanya, then this is the place for you. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt like I was transported to Sanya. Regal Palace Resort has complete facilities, and for those with children, you can not only enjoy the sea but also see animals, soak in hot springs, and have fun at the kids' water park. It's incredibly good value for money. The staff's attitude is also excellent, truly commendable! ☀️☀️☀️👍👍👍

The hotel is right by the sea, offering instant access to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, the sand was fine, and the water was quite clear, making it perfect for families with kids. The facilities were comprehensive, allowing us to comfortably relax and enjoy the sea view anytime, anywhere – truly delightful. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and the noodle station was delicious. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bed was huge. The bedding was very soft, unlike the plasticky feel often found in other hotels. Although the overall decor was a bit dated, it was very clean, and the air conditioning was refreshingly cool. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and polite. Our butler, Xiao Min, was very thoughtful and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. We will definitely come again.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The room design was fantastic, spacious, with large windows and a small balcony. The lobby was grand, and the gardens and beach were comparable to those of hotels in Sanya. There were hot springs and two large outdoor swimming pools, and the hotel's food was also good. A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Zhi, who proactively sent us information about hotel activities and helped resolve issues. She even gave us a cute little gift upon check-out! This hotel is definitely worth staying at! Be sure to check out the beach music and firework show at night. 5-star rating!

This is the best hotel in Xunliao Bay, an excellent choice for family trips with children. The pet park ticket includes feeding materials and snacks for the little ones, which they absolutely loved. The hotel's pool area is divided, and the kids had a blast in their pool. The private beach avoids the crowds, with fine sand and clear water, and the sunsets are beautiful. In the evening, there are entertainment shows and even hot springs, truly offering an all-in-one vacation experience. The rooms are spacious, and although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well maintained. Children can even enjoy a bath in the tub back in the room, complete with disposable tub liners. The hotel's service in all aspects is truly thoughtful and outstanding! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Because I checked the weather and it wasn't raining here for the Mid-Autumn Festival, I brought my child along. **Facilities:** Too old. The price is higher than Sanya, but it doesn't meet the standard. **Hygiene:** Basically guesthouse standard. The mirror was full of spots, and the balcony railing was either bird droppings or rust, very dirty. **Environment:** The overall environment is fine. The room is terrible. **Service:** I've stayed in so many resorts, and I've never seen a beachfront family hotel where you have to bring your own tools, swim rings, towels, and mineral water for sand digging in the pool area. Aren't towels and mineral water essential free options at every pool? In short, for this price point, I won't be visiting again.

The hotel is excellent, perfect for families with children. The pool is clean, the beach has fine sand, and there are many activities. The kids didn't want to leave! The hotel's dinner buffet was also delicious.
