Checked in at the hotel on 2021.9.12 and returned to the room at 11pm. The whole room was full of cockroaches. Since there is no manager on duty to handle the complaint, just call me and say I am embarrassed? I checked into the hotel at 2021.6.20 and found cockroaches in the room and complained, but it was not resolved
