Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

The hotel room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and it offered a stunning sea view. Coupled with our butler, Xiao Su, who thoroughly explained the safety precautions for beach activities, it was a fantastic experience. She was always quick to respond to our daily requests and thoughtfully remembered our small preferences, providing gentle and appropriate service. The quiet and healing seaside environment, combined with such an attentive butler, made for an absolutely perfect stay.

Beautiful scenery, attentive service! The facilities are new, the rooms are clean, and transportation is convenient. The restaurant is also convenient with a rich variety of food. It's close to the beach, and the reef bar is nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts beautiful sea views, and there are plenty of spots on the beach for photos and fun. The nearby rock formations also offer great ocean vistas. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind, especially for a trip with parents.

A family of three came to visit and had a wonderful time! The room was spotless, the butler service was meticulous, and the environment was very photogenic. It's definitely our top choice for a family vacation, and we'll be back again next time!

Everything was perfect. The butler was very welcoming, and our room was upgraded to a high-floor sea view. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The only slight disappointment was that there were no rice noodle rolls or chicken feet for breakfast... haha.

The service was excellent (՞ਊ՞)👍. Not only did they upgrade our room to a higher floor, but they also granted a late check-out. When we needed mineral water and a latex pillow, they were delivered very quickly 🤗. And when we called the front desk about a TV/internet issue, it was resolved right away 😊.
