The problem was timely and thoughtful, and the boss was very enthusiastic. On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

The room is very comfortable, 270-degree sea view room, especially at night, the fireworks are just in the window, lying on the bed to watch the fireworks, the children are very happy, I will come again next time, special thanks to the front desk manager and staff, the service is very considerate and thoughtful, praise 👍👍👍

The hotel room that we booked was lovely, great sea view, spacious and was clean. The hotel staff was kind and helpful and they made our stay good. However, the pool was really dirty and their excuse was that it is winter, which was ridiculous (just clean the pool and let the guests decide whether they want to swim or not). It would’ve been nice if they had brochures with activities that you can do around. The breakfast and drinks weren’t too good, would’ve been better if there were options.

At first, I was always worried that there would be pits. When I went there, I went to the front desk to get the room card and first visited the actual situation. It really matches the picture. The house is relatively new, the sanitation is very clean, the sea view is visible, and the beach is very close. It is recommended to eat. The store that is well-received will basically not have pits. Booking in advance is beautiful, come back next time
