MMariaCThis hotel has stunning beach views. It is very relaxing and quiet. I would say it can be a quiet honeymoon destination. It is quite isolated though and we did not find any restaurant options nearby, ir anything to do really, except for water sports in the beach, which is closeby. We did jet ski for 150rmb for 15 minutes, and a big inflatable water ride for 300rmb for around 15 minutes.
The dinner and lunch menu are nice but I think it lacks variety. We enjoyed the prawns fried rice and the carbonara pasta.
There were some cakes to buy for around 46-68rmb per slice, which we did not try. We took a didi to a supermarket and got some fresh fruit and snacks instead.
Breakfast was really not very good for us as there were no western style options and it was very limited. All we found to eat was fruit (I found the watermelon was fresh in morning breakfast but not for afternoon tea). I also had some boiled corn, my kids had white bread.
The staff Is very friendly yet no one there speaks English. They added my WeChat which made it helpful. The room was idyllic and seeing the sunset from my bed was amazing. My son loved the bath too. The swimming pool is not really a real pool but more like a pond for a quick splash.
I would come again for 1 night only and enjoy a quiet time, but for families, singles or people who like more active holidays I would say there are many other options. We also stayed at the Howard Johnson and that one has a huge amount of options and activities for children, teen and families.

Very Good
TTomaszI had never expected such a big hotel to be in such a remote place. Development is still happening there, and I hope they will finish the third tower. The swimming pool is relatively small, and I don't know why it is located below the ground level, so you have no view of the ocean at all—just like swimming in a well. The hot springs are also pretty ordinary, like small holes in the wall. Nevertheless, the overall experience is very positive. Night walk to the Rock Bar, good cocktails and live music was a nice experience. Our room was pretty big, with a panoramic view of 3 different sides of the hotel. A breakfast on the balcony was again pretty relaxing.

CChidingWow amazing weekend spent with the kids. The hotel has everything we need. A big water park, two infinitive pool, three swimming pools, sliders, water boat for kids. The room is so big and spacious, the kids love it, have a bunk bed for the kids and toys which they got entertained. The breakfast is all good, the staffs from the lobby lounge they are so helpful, the guys singing they are so amazing with English music. The lady from the We chat name Amy Lin she is so helpful with every question I have and she answered so fast. The dinner buffet the seafood one 358 yuan for 2 person is worth it. Has a lot of food and without time. In general all the amenities from the hotel is all excellent. We can recommended 100% to all my friends. If we have the chance we come back again for sure. The quality and the service from the staff all so good. The lady from reception desk thank you. And at the end of our journey they gave us two turtles as a gift for the kids.

MMengxiangzhangjianzoutianyaA double bed room for more than 600 a night is not expensive, but the cost performance is not very high. 1. Hotel location: more than 600 rooms are not facing the sea view, and more than 600 rooms are below the 5th floor. Check-in is only available at 15:00 and check-out must be before 12:00. The hotel is easy to find and has a parking lot. Parking is free. The beach and swimming pool are opposite. It is very convenient to walk there. This is the only comfort I feel. 2. Hotel service: There is not much contact. Check-in is nothing special and it is quite polite. It is just that the aunt opened the door and came in to clean the room at 11:30 the next day when we were still in the room. It felt a bit presumptuous. She didn't knock on the door. 3. Accommodation environment: I am not satisfied with this. The toilet smells bad when you enter the room. The air conditioning vent is leaking all the time, and the floor is wet, which makes it easy to slip. There are three sockets in the room, one of which is plugged in to the mosquito repellent, and the other is broken. Two people have to take turns to charge, which is a bit annoying. The king-size bed room is made of two 1.2-meter beds put together, and there is a gap in the middle, which is not very comfortable to sleep. The water in the shower area is often wet due to water inspection. Finally, many people set off fireworks on the beach, and they are also set off at three or four in the morning. The sound is quite loud, which is a bit noisy when sleeping at night. The overall experience is average, because I have only stayed in this one, and the others may be similar. I just objectively talk about my feelings for your reference.

AAppelliefieI stayed in a lovely room overlooking the ocean. Bedding was high quality and bed was very comfortable. I had an amazing night's rest. First night I saw a coackroach in the bathroom. There was a kettle and mugs with coffee and tea, but no teaspoons. Only half the pools at the hotsprings had water in, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food.

GGuest UserThe room was very satisfactory. The balcony was super large and the sea view was unobstructed. The master suite on the 31st floor had a great view. What needs to be improved is the capacity of breakfast reception. There were more than 5 people on the table and it was dirty. The replenishment speed was not fast enough, so I didn't eat anything. There were only three elevators. It really took a long time to wait for an apartment hotel with more than 30 floors.
The sand near the sea on the beach is black, and the sea water is also relatively dirty, with a lot of seaweed and garbage. Swimming in the infinity pool of the hotel is OK.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!

GGuest UserNice view on the sea if you take the room in front of the sea. There rental electric bike close to on the road. There is a nice surf club just dowstairs, named APD, where you can afford beers and nice coffee hot or cold at good price, with super nice staff? LAOWAI take care, Macdonald is bit far away but they deliver to your room. Lot of seafood restaurant all around.
About room, we can t give 5 stars because we saw some cockrach, and there is just no matress...
It s missing definitly a fridge...
Well in August there is too much people so lift is always very busy. At night tourist are using a lot of fireworks, and let garbage on the beach, it s sad for the nature, but it s theirs.
Better make a big nap in afternoon cause anyway you won' t be able to sleep with this war outside until 1AM.
Don t go at the Turtle thing up the south hill, it s, just useless.
You can rent a boat that bring you to an island, but there is only this choice and water is not clear, we just saw urchin.
Still at the end we enjoyed a lot. Just a pity tourist don t know how to behave. Don t come or leave on week end since driving is a skill they did not learnt yet and streets are not ready for big ammount of people.
