This non-smoking hotel doesn't state that anywhere. The front desk service was unenthusiastic, and as soon as the AC was turned on, the room filled with the smell of smoke, which was very unpleasant.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, the room was very clean, and the lobby was spacious, making it feel comfortable the moment I walked in. I would choose this place again next time.

Loved the room and cleanliness. For this price couldn’t wish better.

It’s a perfect hotel with wonderful room view

Our stay was great. It was clean and everything worked without issue. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from, the beds were very comfortable, AC was good, shower had no leaking anywhere, and the area was convenient to many stores! The only minor gripe I had was there was only 1 charger port between both beds, so only one person could charge their phone overnight unless you have a splitter or multiway charging block. Still I would rate this a 5/5

I went to Huizhou for business and selected an ibis hotel on Ctrip. I have lived in many ibis hotels in Europe before. I was not disappointed when I checked in. There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is also hygienic, and the shower room is separated into wet and dry areas. The only problem is that the sink in the room was clogged and the water was flowing very slowly. I reported this to the front desk when I checked out. The TV in the room is very large and it is very comfortable to watch TV. The price-performance ratio is good, and I will choose ibis again if I need it.

We went to Zhongkai mainly to visit relatives and friends in Chenjiang, and we would choose Ibis because it was clean and had good breakfast. Breakfast was free for a family of three including children.

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean, the air conditioning is sufficient, the front desk staff is friendly and willing to help, it is highly recommended, and I will choose this hotel next time!

The hotel rooms are bright and clean, with new facilities and windows that can be opened for ventilation. The front desk and the guest room aunties are also very enthusiastic. The breakfast is quite rich and we are very full. The only shortcoming is that it is difficult to identify the license plate when entering the hotel parking lot. The front desk can't lift the pole to help with the remote control. In the end, we have to go to the exit to get in the car, which is a very difficult process. After parking the car, I saw a driver stop at the entrance and call the front desk to help with the remote control. It can be seen that this is not an accidental incident... The air conditioner in the room was turned off when I went there, and even the air supply could not be turned on, but after communicating with the room and the front desk, they still helped us turn on the air conditioner switch. Overall, it was a good stay experience
