Nice River and Lake view Wide choice in breakfast buffet Air-conditioning is NOT very good. It was hot in a room, and it was difficult to sleep Surprisingly, room service asked to pay for extra drinking water. Did not experience this in any other hotels.

Very nice hotel! Beautiful sunset and view of the west lake. Good service too! Nothing to complain. Definitely will come back in the future.

One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and tidy. Services was really great! Tried the massage in this hotel and it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious as well.
