When I got to the back of the main building, I was stopped by three men wearing white shirts and refused to let me go. It was said that important people were arriving, but as far as I know the hotel is open to the public, and I didn't see any hierarchical security measures. Several people with work badges spoke in a bad manner and put my crutches on the other side. , It’s so annoying. It is said that guests can get a 10% discount when eating in the hotel restaurant at noon. However, after we arrived, the front desk informed us that the room was not clean yet and asked us to go get the room card after the meal. As a result, they communicated before eating. When I got a good discount, I refused to say that I must see the room card at checkout, and I only agreed to the discount after repeated communication. This is the first time I have encountered this in so many years of traveling.

地理位置不錯就在西湖景區遊西湖太方便了，去合江樓水東街也很近穿過馬路斜對面的步行街不遠過橋就到了。酒店夠不上標準四星看價格就不要太計較了。早餐無法下嚥就去中餐廳喝早茶（早茶品質也很一般），交了早餐錢沒吃酒店也不給退，看在這點錢也不可能吃到高檔早餐，算了不要了！中餐廳廚師的廚藝參差不齊，菠蘿蝦球做的不錯，其它三個菜估計是學徒工做的。總結，除了位置好以外其它的看在價格上就不要要求太高了！

房間雖然小一點，但房間衞生乾淨，沒有異味，帶着孩子出行衞生最重要。市中心出行方便。西湖邊上，風景優美。

酒店的位置非常好，就在西湖大門的旁邊，早晨出去跑步非常不錯，房間有點小，設施有點老舊，但是服務還挺好，

房間設施比較老，但酒店位置極佳，緊靠着西湖，很有靈性，酒店中餐廳也不錯，可以吃到比較地道的粵式菜餚。

雖然房間舊一些，但保養不錯，位置位於西湖邊，在樓下觀景很不錯，停車方便 ，旁邊就是酒店餐廳方便飲早茶。

位置非常中心，環境太好了，就住在惠州西湖中間。 停車方便。 老牌園林式酒店，服務啥的都有保證。 房間設施稍微有點舊。

環境好，就在西湖大門口，非常安靜，走走逛逛方便。周圍有許多吃的，離步行街二。三百米

院子很大，停車位充足；服務員很熱情；房間乾淨整潔，不算太大，無敵的是有大陽台，有晾衣架。關鍵的關鍵是賓館竟然在西湖裡，而且西湖邊有很多著名的景點，太近了太方便了。

想到就在西湖邊上而且又是老牌酒店了不會很差，毫不考慮就選擇了惠州賓館，沒想到是一次最差的體驗。 房間隔音很差，前後左右開門都很吵，因為是節日去到告知要兩點鐘以後才可以辦理入住，可是第二天早上退房的時候看到人家打電話到酒店訂房的早上就可以辦理入住了，也不知道是不是對待攜程訂房的顧客才這樣，前台有個小姐姐全程沒有笑臉。反而是客服服務的阿姨很有禮貌。 牀板也是很硬，第一次住酒店睡到這麼硬的床墊，一個晚上都不能入睡，最差的一次入住體驗。
