. The hotel is quite old. It's quite different from the new ones nearby, but the service is okay.

I booked it after getting off the plane. It was either a hotel or a homestay converted from a self-built house. The pictures didn't match the actual thing. The one in the pictures should be the homestay next door. I paid another 220MVR tax after arriving at the hotel. I felt desperate when it was dark, but I felt a little relieved when I saw the beautiful sea at dawn... Ctrip said there was a pick-up service, but after contacting for a long time, I was told that the pick-up service had to be booked three days in advance. Later, I found the information desk at the airport, and the information desk helped me contact and told me that I could take a taxi there myself, and the hotel would pay for the fare. Later, the hotel also paid for the airport transfer. The breakfast was hard to describe... For a one-night stay, the service was okay, but the hardware conditions of 1,600 yuan a night were really heartbreaking...

Too much hotel, can't have any expectations, really hard to find

Facilities: Average, can only be said to be able to sleep Hygiene: Not good, I guess the sheets were not changed. I booked two family suites, but the hotel owner gave one of the two suites to someone else. In the end, I had to live separately. It was too unreliable. Airport pick-up [two-way]: No one came to pick me up, so the boss took a taxi to the airport in the morning. The price is seriously inconsistent with the service, and the picture promotion is seriously inconsistent with the current situation of the hotel. I feel like I have been cheated.

Poor sanitary conditions, air conditioning leaking

The hotel is very good. Airport transfer [two-way]: free transfer. The owner is very enthusiastic.

I do not recommend staying at this property! It is dodgy! The hotel manager has a creepy demeanor! The hotel looks nothing like the pictures.Towels were torn & stained. The reception area was dark & creepy. Rooftop restaurant was shutdown. The bed was surprisingly comfy.

To be frank, I was a bit apprehensive about booking this hotel given the mixed reviews I read on Tripadvisor. However, I chose to trust my instincts on this one and it turned out to be an excellent choice at the price I paid. The hotel may not be as grand as the ones in the neighbourhood, but its bang on the beach and you can enjoy the sunrise and march of seaplanes from the balcony. The staff are helpful and friendly (just three of them though) who did their best to make our stay comfortable. There was some confusion regarding our transfer timings to the resort (where we were staying next) but the hotel staff called up the resort and sorted that out. The breakfast is a set continental selection, but more than adequate. Several restaurants (Indian and Chinese) are within walking distance. There are quite a few providers of watersports and boating excursions in the vicinity of the hotel. A great choice for staying in Hulhumale!

Hotel looked like something from a horror movie. Kitchen was filthy, I mean disgusting, dirty, old food and grease still everywhere like someone cooked breakfast 2 weeks ago and forgot to clean it. Pillows had stains ALL over them and if it wasnt for the fact that we arrived after 10.30pm, I would have left. The photos barely touch the surface - the room was circa $250 and I wouldnt have stayed there for $2.50 Oh, and this was in the most expensive room also - Avoid. They also were supposed to provide a free airport transfer, which never happened and we had to rely on a helpful local to call the hotel from the airport and arrange a taxi, which added another 30-40 mins to our already late night.

WARNING: Problem concerning a room I booked through ***********. Yes they told me it was a partner company, but didn’t know they were unable to help with any issues or talk to their partner company. I have never had a problem in the past, it seems they do not screen their partner companies very well and I’m not sure how to tell prior to booking that it is indeed a partner company. The hotel Airport Comfort Inn Premium, Hulhumale is NOTHING like the pictures on website. Seemed to be okay until we discovered the cockroaches under the mattress. I have sent them several feedback forms and called 3 times asking for some compensation or even a survey to warn others. Every answer is the same, that they cannot talk to their partner company and I should speak directly to the hotel (which is in Maldives). Customer service will not even allow me to talk to a supervisor about situation. Since, my complaints to customer service that hotel is no longer taking reservations.
