Nice cozy suite .. have kitchen .. water pressure was a bit low .. otherwise its really suitable for a short stay in Kl .. easy access to city .. only thing the postbox number was so invisible.. difficult to find ... shd do something about it

This is a nice apartment and the complex is quite large with a nice swimming pool and gym and restaurants on site. It's in a location that would really require having your own vehicle since there is no public transportation nearby. The apartment was also clean, and the price was quite reasonable. With that said, I would never return. The management is quite rude and robotic. As you can see I. The attached photo, the mailbox is very low to the ground, and the lockbox is deep I side the mailbox. You cannot reach or see the mailbox with crouching to the ground and you definitely need a flashlight. As a handicapped guest, the day before my departure , I asked if someone could meet me at the mailbox to collect the keys the following morning. They rudely advised me that this was a self check-in facility and they would not meet me to collect the keys, even though they are in the same building. I was traumatized trying to get the keys back into the mailbox. There is no light and it is very hot and humid. Never again. Unless you crouch all the way down to the floor, you will not be able to access the keys without literally being on the floor.

Very comfy , the location between cheras and kajang , worth the price

Good services. While I told them there was some issue in the room, they will immediately arrange for a technician to come to solve the problem.
