The location of the wooden house where we stayed is not in the same place as the check-in lobby, and there is no clear guide sign. We have been looking for a long time with another family, but we can’t contact us on the phone. In the end we found the hotel lobby and reported the problem to the front desk. Staff, there was a guy at the front desk who was still irrational, but a female staff member, who took the shuttle bus, came to apologize to us in the rain and gave us a free upgrade of the room type. We were very touched. The female staff has a very good service attitude, and the shuttle bus master also introduced us to the scenic spots and praised their service.
