孩子考研住的山水酒店，沒有像其它酒店一樣臨時漲價，服務也很人性化，提前給辦理了入住，離店時間給也延遲到了1:30，不用匆匆忙忙趕時間，非常滿意！

呼倫貝爾海拉爾的山水酒店外觀看看還行，內部設施陳舊了，應該更新換代才能跟得上市場競爭，大玻璃鏡頭正對着床鋪，洗手間放置的牙刷什麼的就是三衹空合子，還好自己都帶着，房間裏抽紙都沒有，空調過濾網可能裝上後就沒有拆下來清洗過，為了自身健康，自己動手給它拆下來了，想想臨時再換酒店也麻煩，早餐簡單無一水果，客房窗户外就是廚房的垃圾房，不敢開窗，早晨4.50分就有汽車來拉垃圾，噪聲擾民！無語了！希望酒店改進了！

離機場很近，10分鐘車程，服務熱情，二樓的餐廳蠻好吃的，全是包廂，兩個人隨便吃吃也給包廂，三樓的早飯奶茶奶味濃郁，不愧是內蒙古，停車場很大非常好停，就是客房設施有些老了，感覺可能需要更新換代了。

服務：前台接待的的姐姐很快速貼心，給升級了套房，點個贊。服務員姐姐熱情， 衞生：房間乾淨整潔舒適 設施：套房有兩個電視，小冰箱，衞生間用品全，乾淨。
