Hotel Humanes

A lot of maintenance is needed both in the bathrooms (screen and shower head that doesn't even hold itself). Housekeeping staff need to understand that it is a hotel and used to rest. If from 9 in the morning they are screaming and talking from one end of the corridor to the other, it makes it impossible to sleep. The surroundings of the hotel are in a complete state of neglect.

Hotel is not bad at all, it just lacks a little love and care, the truth is that the attention of the workers is good but the rooms are a bit shabby, very worn, things like the bathroom, a small refrigerator is missing to be able to have something cool since the The restaurant closes around 11:00 p.m. and nothing until the next day, but it can be fixed because they have a vending machine for a rush, it hasn't bothered us because the truth is that we have only used it to shower and sleep, the good thing is that it is very close to all the amu*****t parks and zoos, very good location and communication to go anywhere

I only stayed one night and it was basically to sleep. We went to take exams and the room was comfortable, perhaps it lacked light to study, free Wi-Fi that worked well, spacious for two people, with adjustable heating, you could hear the rest of the guests... The best thing is the bathroom, very spacious, clean and with a very comfortable shower, soap, hairdryer... very complete. The Mexican-style restaurant was very good, the people were very friendly, they explained the menu to me, I didn't eat much and it was delicious

It is a very very transit hotel. Something for one night and without expecting anything. Parking that seems to be taken from a horror movie, terrifyingly freezing rooms, air heating that is worthless, the shower is pitiful and all the water runs out (if you can support the showerhead)... we better not talk about cleaning (since we don't to exist is better not to speak). Really everything can be improved and money is not necessary, but desire and a more motivated staff.

A disappointing surprise...we were two couples with 4 children and we only had a bed for one. They knew that the children were going to go but their bed did not worry them. We had to sleep in a double bed, (to say that they helped us in what they could but they did not finish solving it). They only have one cot for the entire hotel, and it is a hotel that works with Warner, which is known to attract children. Room with a single curtain and spotlight lighting the facade that illuminated the entire room at night. Shower tray leaking water that flooded the bathroom to the shower****. At 2:30 in the morning there were shouts for being in a room with music and waking up the rest (it was solved with threats from the hotel staff, which we all heard, including the children). On Sunday morning at 8 in the morning the fire alarm was activated, by that time of the weekend it was all fireworks... Floor cleaning was a joke, the children ended up with black clothes like the coal, and we come from other places that did not happen to them... The most fair breakfast, in addition to the fact that there is a person to organize everything... In short, it is not a hotel that should be offered if you go to the Warner with children , hotel in the middle of an industrial estate where there is nothing.... And with the stories that I tell you....

It is in a perfect situation to visit the Warner, the Zoo, the X Madrid shopping center and has a nearby train station to visit Madrid. There is no parking problem. The reception staff informed us of everything we could do in the surroundings

It is a simple hotel but everything is clean and well maintained. The person is very nice and helpful and they were very attentive at all times to give me a good service and that my stay was the best possible
