ZERO!!! They should invent a zero-star rating just for this hotel!! If you're passing through Vinh City, I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. We booked through Trip.com and paid extra for a room with a king-size bed and a terrace. Once we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 PM, the receptionist told us that she no longer had our room because her supervisor hadn't informed her of the reservation. As a result, the only available room was a twin room with a barred window (great for a hotel! Plus, with no dimming, it felt like we were in a psychiatric hospital). The room smelled of cigarettes, there were clipped toenails on the floor, the bathroom light was out (not very practical for using the toilet and showering in privacy) (See photo), there was dust on the shelves, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the air conditioning remote was out of batteries… In short, a whole host of annoying details, especially after a 6-hour motorcycle ride, and a reservation that wasn't even registered upon arrival… Despite our dissatisfaction and our polite complaint to the receptionist, the hotel offered no compensation whatsoever… And they wouldn't even respond to Trip.com customer service. Furthermore, the breakfast—if you can even call it breakfast, LOL—was frankly uninspiring! There was only one large pressure cooker with instant noodles and another with meatballs. That's it, bon appétit in the morning! (And they should have specified that it's a set menu with only one dish, etc... but nothing is mentioned during the booking process except that it's a Chinese breakfast.) And the person in charge of breakfast was having the best night's sleep behind the counter, so getting information was a great attitude! 👍 As foreigners, we understand the curious looks we get, but when people look at us while talking and laughing, it can be confusing and suggest mockery rather than curiosity, especially coming from the staff! In short, don't go! It wasn't at all up to the standard of service they think they're providing! It's a real shame for them, because the hotel has a lot of potential!

A good hotel, fresh, clean, everything is there. I stayed for one night in transit and everything was fine.

The hotel offers Chinese-speaking services and is about a 2-minute walk from Luxshare Precision and Changying Technology Co., Ltd. The hotel has ample parking. The hotel's Chinese restaurant, especially the private rooms on the first floor, is very well-equipped and suitable for business receptions. There are coffee shops, massage parlors, and other leisure and entertainment options nearby.
