    What more can you ask for? Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to beach, pier and every possible restaurant. We had a cute room, with a huge private balcony with a table and sun chair to lay out! In HB Tuesday's downtown is a street market, and made for an easy night out with vendors and bars. We used the free beach cruisers and rode to Bolsa Chica one am and to breakfast close after (they provide locks). The Hotel provides a nightly Free Happy Hour and outside smore's was a great touch. Wish we explored the hotel a little more, lots of funky wall art and such. We got the deal via Groupon, and I had no expectations of such a fun place to stay. We will return. Yes there is a Valet and Resort Fee, but you are staying at a higher end resort, and being from FL, we are quite used to Taxes and Fees on resorts. For kids, I would think 12 and up would enjoy this more than smaller children.

    First, the location and hotel are a 5! This is a lovely hotel with rooms that are spacious, comfortable and offer private Balcony ocean views. We used points so some of the nickel and diming charges mentioned in a few reviews did not have an overt impact on a us. All said the $42 valet parking with no self parking option seems a little steep. The hotel offers several eating and bar options . We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Henry’s and it was very nice not to leave the hotel after an exhausting drive. We also had a delicious cheese plate in the lobby bar. Overall service quality is attentive and friendly. The hotel is an easy walk to nearby restaurants and the charming downtown. Nice to start your day with a short walk to breakfast at Tanners and another great ocean view. Most of your mainline hotel chains seem friendly to friends with accessible needs. This is certainly true of this site. My only complaint is that if you are a business traveler and wanting free, secure internet access, this is not a good choice. Otherwise, I highly recommend the Waterfront Beach Resort.

    The hotel is large and beautiful, and the check in is very fast. The hotel has a covered bridge that leads directly to the beach. It is very convenient to go to the beach and you can borrow the hotel's beach chairs. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, especially the potato cake, which is worth a try. The waiters at the restaurant are very welcoming and will recommend a variety of cuisines as well as weekend evening restaurant activities.

    I loved the Whole experience! I'm used to a pretty formal setting, and everyone here is very professional yet had a "fun" vibe around them. From the arrival with the Valet service through the greeting with the front desk girl to the Bell Hop, we were taken on a guided tour of the place that was incredibly pleasant. You can tell the people working at Pasea all love their job. And they love to help their guests with any questions or suggestions. It felt more like I was being invited to join a family in a fun adventure than sleeping at a strange hotel. Super happy with everything from the Ocean view to the super clean pools, to the electric scooter rental that is included. We used the scooter rental to easily explore Main street shopping area. Definitely recommend checking in early if you want to use the scooters, as they are day time only. We had the chance to blissfully run from the hotel pool, across the street to the ocean and back to the pool, feeling like we were in a commercial the entire time. The bedroom view of the ocean at sunset is amazing. And the in hotel restaurant, Tanners, has the best grilled brussel sprouts. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

    The water pressure and temperature gave me the ability to feel again, it hurt a lot but I wasn't able to feel anything before, so thank you. Even though the skin on my face and body are burned to a boil, I still would rather be in pain than the nothingness that was haunting me before. I would get hit by random objects and not even know it. No longer.

    Springhill Suite HB was the perfect choice for our family. We stayed in the hotel for a total of 17 days during our extended US vacation which may give us a unique perspective of the hotel. Basically, the hotel met all the needs of our family's unique travel itinerary. In fact, we were convinced that any future trips to revisit the area will always find our family staying here. The benefits of the hotel from our family's perspective: (1) The Front Desk team - I only recall Jake's name - but they were all helpful and accommodating during check-in and check out or whenever we had any questions or requests. (2) The Location - across Bella Terra which has a Whole Foods, Staples, Kohls, Old Navy, Cheesecake Factory, REI, etc. were convenient; similarly there's a Target and Walmart on Beach Blvd which are accessible as well; quick access to I-405 was a plus; We Play Loud play-gym and a park close by where our kids can play their hearts out; the beach being approximately a 20 minute drive (3) Rooms - nice modern touches, smart TV helped with the kids, enormous walk in closet was just what we needed, in-room microwave was (again) a plus for our family to reheat leftover dinner for a quick fix (4) Facilities - fitness center, laundry, indoor sitting areas and outdoor lounge area on the 2nd floor overlooking Bella Terra were - with the rest of the hotel - looked new, well designed, maintained and presentable. Some things we found wanting were: (1) An in-room safe - which we were surprised to not find in the room. (2) The bathroom door was a sliding one which did not have a latch / lock which is tricky when you have kids in the room
