The Trip.com butler service is good, but this hotel is completely unlivable. It should be delisted immediately.

There was noooo hot water !!!! It was cold. When we said something they said they on had one hot water heater. No refund no anything.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot felt safe and secure. Not a lot of noise throughout the night either. Overall, a great stay!

room was clean. surprised by the kitchenette and amenities. room was comfortable. Only issue was no hot water the morning of check out, so unable to shower.

Room was very large and very clean. Especially like the work desk which allowed me to setup my workstation - Laptop, 32" and 16" Monitor to work remotely. Large bathroom with tub. Provided with drip coffee machine and toaster. Has 2 stove tops for induction cooking, large microwave and full size refrigerator with freezer.

I had no hot water for 3 of my 4 night stay. I was promised consideration for this but received nothing. And it is near impossible to contact them. The staff was super nice. But what can they do?

Check in associate had top notch customer service. Property is pretty, rooms are large & very clean. Beds are super comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit Huntsville.

I'm not sure if they had pet there or not but the place had everything I needed and slept without waking up.
