Everything was awesome! We will definitely stay again!!

The hotel is nice. Not as nice as I thought it would be but its clean. The bathroom could use some updates and some new tile grouting around the tub. But not a bad or gross place. The AC was broken. The chillers were up and down, and no matter what I tried the room temp was getting hotter by the min. When I first checked in the room was 70° F. I set the AC at 67 and 20 min later it was 72°. A few others in the hotel told be they had to be moved to a new room. I did not stay they night, I left at 9pm. Too hot and humid. The staff was amazing and super helpful and understanding. The lady at the front desk deserves a raise. Because the staff was awesome I would consider trying the location again. (After they get the AC fixed)

The breakfast is outstanding and my room was very spacious. I wanted a high floor but they put me in a handicap room which I still don’t understand.

Breakfast was great, but get there on time!! Room was nice, could use a little maintenance on entry door and bathroom faucet! Open atrium is great and the beds are super comfy!

First time visitor. Staff excellent, room was very good, free breakfast was helpful, I ate dinner in hotel restaurant once and it could have been been better experience, but overall my experience was very good. I definitely would stay there again if I was in that area of Huntsville again,

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bed in the handicap accessible room needs much improvement. It was not even chair height from the floor; with mobility issues getting up was not easy. Also the mattress was too soft. My previous stay approximately one year ago was a much better bed than now. Perhaps they just need to be replaced.

The room was very nice and clean. I loved the online check-in through the Hilton app. We went straight to our room. The bathroom amenities are very nice. The drawbacks were: a 7 am train, the inside shower curtain was too short, water drained onto the floor, and the breakfast was not allergy-friendly. There were no milk alternatives.

Check-in staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was excellent also! Highly recommend
