Best vacation ever! We will return next year :) Nothing negative to report. Everything was perfect. The food in the buffet was delicious everyday and the ambience was cosy and you felt as if you were in a restaurant. The buffet was never crowded at any time. We had dinner at the Indochine restaurant one evening at it was delightful. Cool place. The cocktails are also a lot better than what you see and taste at other all incl. places. No complaints. All the waiters are very attantive and makes sure that you have every thing you need at all time. Drinks and snacks are delivered constantly. The sunbeds are lovely and there are planty. No figthing or guests reserving sunbeds at any time. The pools were a bit cold, but thats what you can expect in February. The poolarea and the hotel is beautiful and stylish. We stayed in a juniorsuite at about 50 squaremeter and it was perfect. The bed was gigantic. Every single day the cleaning was without complaints and he made new figures everyday out of towels. Very funny and entertaining :) He also made sure that we had water and soda in our room every single day.

We have just returned from a week's stay at this amazing hotel. When you drive up you are welcomed be all the fabulous Christmas lighting and you know you are in for something special and special if was. Warm greeting from the reception staff and This is how it went. All staff and I mean everyone were so pleasant and smiley. The beach and pool areas were beautifully my maintained and always got a bed no matter what time of day. The food was superb and the displays were so appealing. The colour light show of water each evening was spectacular. I could go on and on. We've have been to many hotels in the Red Sea but this is was out on it's own as a genuine 5 star hotel. The only downside was the cocktails were terrible. We never return the places as we like to discover new places but this is an exception. We will definitely return early next you. A big thank you to everyone.

This girl, Hanin from the animation department, is a scammer. She took my money and gold and wanted more money, which she used to buy many things. I want all my money back and I want all my belongings returned.

Just back from a week and wouldn't go back. The rooms are tired and bath rooms are wet rooms. Be careful as drainage is a issue and floor are still wet the morning after a shower, extra careful if you get up and go to the toilet in the night. The floors get swept and not mopped so are dirty and towels are like the old school toilet paper (hard and rough). The restaurant try's but as buffet style trying to keep food hot doesn't work and often luke warm. The al la carte restaurants have a very limited selection and the Sky Lounge is very basic and feels like you are in a dirty street corner. You must try the Vienna Cafe though. Prior to going i read about not being able to get a sun loungers, that's rubbish i never had a issue but people were getting up early to grab a spot. All the staff around the pool are very friendly polite and helpful as are the waiters especially Mahmood (they are all called that). What is a new one to me is table wars, people were putting glasses and jumpers down on tables and chairs in the open air area at the bar and then going of to have dinner, coming back a hour or so later. I was unable to get a chair all week. This Hotel has a great layout etc but just needs to be brought up to date. I would rate this as a low 3 star

We spent 12 nights here coming from the UK and here are our honest views. THANK YOU Firstly, a huge thank you to some stand out staff who made our holiday a fantastic experience. Bastawy and Mohammed in the Mirror Bar. It was impossible to finish a drink before another one was in front of you along with snacks and little treats. These guys made us laugh so much and are an absolute credit to the hotel. Go and see them and have a wonderful night. THE HOTEL it is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and wonderfully designed. Multiple swimming pools that reach right down to a sandy Beach. It is a ludicrously short transfer from the airport, under 10 minutes which was brilliant. THE ROOMS we chose 4139 which is a swim up room and definitely worth the extra money. At first we were a little disappointed as it was on the outside but we soon realised that this meant we had sun all day on our terrace and our little pool and it was lovely and quiet. Perfection. THE STAFF Although we highlighted a couple of particularly amazing staff earlier, we have to say that every single person we met at the hotel had a smile on their faces and would do absolutely anything to help you. Nothing was too much trouble no matter how bizarre the request. If you walk into a bar area where all the seats are taken, they will go and find extra chairs and tables to accommodate you. As we come to the end of our holiday, our overriding thoughts on the staff are that they should come to the UK and teach our hospitality sector how to truly look after their customers. THE FOOD The food is varied and of good quality. I have seen some complaints about the food in other comments, but I have absolutely no idea what these people could be expecting other than maybe, a private chef? You can go to the à la carte restaurants as many times as you like and we would thoroughly recommend the Indo China one. The Italian was okay but nothing to write home about. THE BEACH The beach is lovely and there is an area reserved for this hotel. The water is beautifully warm even in November but you are not going to see any sea life here, it is far too close to the marina so you will need to go elsewhere for snorkelling, et cetera. Definitely worth bringing beach shoes as there are a few sea urchins that pop up from time to time, and you don’t want any of those spikes in your feet. NEGATIVES to provide a balanced view, like everywhere, there are things that can be improved. Although to be completely fair there is nothing about the hotel or the staff that I could suggest would improve it. However, getting a taxi here is taking your life into your hands and be prepared to bargain hard to get the price you want. If you want to shop then take a walk outside the hotel, but every 15 seconds you will be accosted by eager shop owners who use every tool available to get you inside their premises. It can become a little wearing if you just want to go for a stroll. SUMMARY in the summary, a beautiful, clean hotel with

We are a week in to 12 night holiday and here are our thoughts….. HOTEL Beautiful, clean, great pools and beachfront location. An army of staff are constantly cleaning, gardening and looking out for anything that the visitors need. STAFF The staff here really should come to the UK and teach our hospitality services how it should be done. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, they will go out of their way to make sure that all your wishes are catered for and always with a big smile on their face. ROOMS We chose a swim up room which we were very happy we did. Initially we were disappointed as it was on the quiet outside of the resort but we soon realise that this was actually an advantage because it gets sun all day long and waiters come round to make sure your drinks are topped up all day. We also had a wonderful resident cat. FOOD The food has been varied and delicious, accommodating for all types of diet and preference. How on earth people can say there is not enough choice is absolutely beyond me. It is constantly changing and there is absolutely tons of choice. Once again the chefs and waiters make sure you get exactly what you want and your glasses is never empty. TIPPING yes, tipping is standard and it should be whatever you want. From what we can see most people tend to tip the equivalent of €1 every now and again. But this is completely down to your individual choice and the level of service that you get. DOWNSIDES? Outside the hotel is a range of shops and unfortunately you cannot walk more than 15 seconds without someone trying to drag you in to their establishment using every trick in the book. A firm NO will not cause offence but it is somewhat tiring and disappointing that this sort of pressure still exists. However, if you go to the marina area there are plenty of shops None of which will hassle you and some absolutely fantastic restaurants if you want a bit of a change. IN SUMMARY A BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN RESORT WHERE THE STANDOUT FEATURE IS THE STAFF WHO ARE JUST INCREDIBLE AND AN ABSOLUTE CREDIT TO THE MANAGEMENT. FANTASTIC FOR A RELAXING BREAK.

We have been returning to this hotel for several years now, and we simply love it. One of the main reasons is that it’s an adults-only hotel, offering peace and relaxation, as well as a great variety of dining options in the restaurants. The Junior Suite rooms with pool or sea view are spacious and comfortable, featuring sun loungers on the balcony and a minibar stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks (Sprite, Fanta, Cola, water). All the staff are friendly, helpful, and above all, never intrusive. Special thanks go to the cleaning and gardening teams, who do an excellent job keeping the outdoor areas spotless and beautifully maintained — and even take care of the hotel cats, which we find very charming. We would especially like to highlight the pool bar staff, who are the main reason we happily return to this hotel year after year. It’s also nice to see that the hotel continues to improve every season with thoughtful upgrades, such as new sun loungers, an entertaining evening program at the bar, and the new outdoor fountain with lights and music, which creates a wonderful atmosphere.

This is my Second stay and I really love the hotel, the amazing buffet and the ala carte restaurants. The rooms are nice, Big and clean. Love everything about it. The bar ,restaurant and cleaning staff are also really serviceminded. The aircondition at the rooms could be upgraded. They are really noisy and dosent cool. Also as last year do I not like the fact that if you want a sunbed( get up early btw) but then you have to wait for the guy with the Mattress. Then you give him tips to give you one. I love to give the staff tips, but this mattress guy, does seems like hard money business. If not then he could just have done his work, place mattress on all. But he is waiting for guests to come so he can get the tips. That is not nice .. as i Said cold hard business.
