Great experience in Egypt, one of the best hotel for kids, a lot of entertainment, very clean territory, good food, friendly staff, especially animation team! We have seen every evening shows, and think that Michael Jacson dancing show are the best on Midway stage, mini-disco was very cute, and this penguin Alba doing really well, kids loves him! Room has also good condition, our family getting bigger next year, and we hope to come back and celebrate it here!

Unforgettable Family Adventure Our family had an unforgettable adventure at Neverland. The kids loved the various options in the aqua park and the fun activities organized by the animation team. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at reception were very helpful and kind. The meals were delicious, and the facilities were exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and every day was filled with excitement. This hotel is a never-ending paradise for kids and adults alike. Perfect Family Fun at Neverland Our family vacation at Neverland was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and pleasant, with all staff at reception being incredibly kind and helpful. The kids had the time of their lives at the biggest aqua park we’ve ever seen, with various fun activities that kept them entertained all day. The animation team was genuinely cheerful and made sure every day was filled with exciting activities. The facilities were very clean, and the meals were delicious with an outstanding variety. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for endless fun and enjoyment. Absolutely worth every penny!

For a weekly active vacation will be great, I recommend. Staff at the bars and restaurants made us feel comfortable and we're very friendly all the time. Animation team were doing good sport activities. Room cleaning smiling and hard working.

Exceptional hotel! Everything from the service down to the activities is brilliant for families. We had a room that backed onto a really good pool that the kids loved. We ventured out to explore the complex (which is huge) most days. The waterpark is massive and has things for kids of all ages to do. The evening entertainment is really good and different entertainment areas are dotted throughout the complex. We all loved the bike cart we peddled up and down midway. There is so much to do and the staff could not be more helpful!! We will definitely be back. Thank you 😎☀️

Very nice hotel, very beautiful huge territory, aqua park is amazing. This hotel is paradise for children and for all. Animation team is very energetic and friendly. We will come back to Pickalbatros hotel. I want say thank you for every one who work for in this hotel to make us happy

This has really been the best hotel I have ever come across. We booked this as a family holiday and were a little nervous with three young children. However, I must admit I have not come across a hotel/resort of this size and this amount of activities on offer. The many restaurants with Cusines from around the world, to the countless pools and breathtaking water valley rides on offer. The service received from each and every member of staff has been amazing and professional. Great Hotel and will Definitely be returning to this hotel again.

We came to this hotel for the third time and we absolutely love everything here. And the reason for that is that it is really comfortable for the family. There are a lot of activities here, the aquapark is big and the slides are very cool.There are also a lot of restaurants and you can go wherever you want to and choose the kind of food you like.

This hotel is goed for children of all ages. The food is good with many restaurants to choose from. The animation is good, my daughter loved the Princess show. The animation is also nice and also the adult liked the slides. The People are sweet and help you with everything
