Stella Gardens Resort & Spa, Makadi Bay

I have visited the resort with my family for 3 Nights and booked it through trip.com which was some how not normal for the reception but they was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed who helped us in check-in check-out and also in the reservation for the Chinese restaurant Hotel size is average and easy to go from place to another, the hotel has no direct access to the beach but there is shuttle bus each 10 Minutes to go to the beach Staff are so friendly and helpful and supportive Food has a great variety, but the quality you can say above average Aqua park has only two slides There is a big heated pool (we enjoyed so much) Animation team was great No Free WIFI in rooms only in loopy area Snacks available on the beach restaurant and layli beurit restaurant from 12:30 PM till 5:00 PM Chinese restaurant not recommended

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too. We come back twice a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wow! What a hotel! We are a family of 8 and all of us love it! The animation team is outstanding! Especially jessie ! Really made a fuss of the little ones :) the service is amazing you dont have to lift a finger! We will definitely be back!

The worst hotel i’ve ever been to , the stuff is so rude if we ask for something they don’t answer if they answered once they don’t for many times The guest is awful they swim in the pool with clothes on instead of a swimsuit ,, also no towels in the bathroom until 6:30 ,, we told the receptionist every thing and he did nothing ,, we told them “don’t u afraid of the bad reviews !!!” And they said noo The hotel was very good 4 years ago but now the worst ,, I don’t recommend this hotel for any one and this the last time we come here
