The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the airport, with a Carrefour and a beach nearby. The all-inclusive package offers great value for money, and the food and drinks are good. At check-in, Dina and Mina at the front desk were incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a sea-view suite. Definitely a recommended hotel!

Excellent service, unbeatable sea view, and a great place for families with kids. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn't very good.

The room was fantastic with an amazing sea view – probably the best spot along the entire coastline! You can take a boat directly from the hotel's pier, and it's super convenient to book excursions through the hotel's travel agency. It's a bit pricier than outside options, but totally worth it if you're short on time. Next time, I'm definitely booking an all-inclusive package!

The heated pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy in February in Hurghada. There were plenty of activities at the pool too. The room was new and spacious, and the location was super convenient. Right next door there's a big mall with a Carrefour, though there wasn't much worth buying. Free parking and a great breakfast rounded out a wonderful stay.

First off, the hotel environment is simply stunning. Facing the sea, the gradient blue is absolutely gorgeous! We booked a sea-view room, and the one we got was fantastic, also facing the ocean. We booked an island hopping tour through a travel agency, and it turned out the boarding pier was right next to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. A great feature of this hotel is the public shower rooms with hot water. Even after checking out, you can still use them after returning from your island tour. A special thanks to the hotel manager. I misplaced a valuable item due to my own oversight, and the manager patiently reviewed the surveillance footage the entire time, eventually helping me find it. This really shows how reliable the hotel's security is. Vehicle checks for entry and exit are quite strict, and sometimes the security guards at the main gate even check if passengers have the hotel's wristbands.

The hotel lobby has a supermarket where sunscreen costs 750 EGP, a child's toy ball is 200 EGP, and a child's water gun is also 200 EGP. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. The only minor drawback was the slow luggage delivery. We waited in our room for an hour and the luggage still hadn't arrived, so we went downstairs to inquire, and then they brought it up. We still tipped them $5. The small cakes and grilled meat outside the hotel are delicious.

The location is super convenient, right next to a shopping mall. Everything met our expectations, and the deluxe king room was spacious enough. The breakfast was Western-style with a good variety, though if you're craving Chinese food, you'll have to adjust your expectations. It's perfectly fine for filling your stomach though.
