Nice resort and restaurant, relaxing with water park, performance and sports facilities

Reception recharged me extra charge after checking in due to nationality, not honestly in their prices, take care from their paper cubs, it's not healthy enough, bad smells in the room.

The cleanliness here is absolutely top-notch, especially by Egyptian standards. The rooms are very spacious, and the room service works perfectly. There's plenty of staff throughout the entire resort, which positively impacts both service and organization. Despite its size, the property is pleasantly quiet. The entertainment during lunch and dinner, as well as the shows at the bar, create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is incredibly diverse, delicious, fresh, and always plentiful. The service in the main restaurant is truly first-class. The restaurant manager is always present and approachable. A special shout-out goes to Helana from the service staff: always friendly, with a smile on her face, extremely attentive, and accommodating. As soon as you sit down, a drink is already there. Every morning, she asks if you slept well and if you have any special requests – simply outstanding! The entire resort undoubtedly deserves its 5 stars. It was an excellent stay – highly recommended!

All restaurants are very good at taste. Clean beach and nice sea to swim.

Great stay

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

Good afternoon! I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. My friend was also here on vacation. There was a small incident (it had to do with the room: I paid for a room, but they didn't check me into the one pictured. The staff told me there was a system glitch during the booking process and it was temporary), but the hotel management resolved the issue in my favor, for which I am very grateful 🙌🏻 I stayed in room 3111, and everything was just like in the picture 😻 The food at the hotel is excellent! The pools and the sea are superb! Well done. There was an incident with the pool for a guest (I assume it was children), but the hotel staff is not to blame, of course. I believe children should be taught to control their bodily needs! Mothers, keep an eye on your children and don't embarrass yourself!!!! Of course, the hotel staff worked quickly and fixed everything. Overall, I recommend the hotel! For my birthday, the staff brought a cake to my room 😁 that was very nice! Thanks to Alicia and Big Boss! There are companies on the hotel beach that organize snorkeling boat trips. They're really cool, great job, but I'd like to think about the photos and videos for the future. I'd rather get more underwater photos with the reef and fish in the background than on the boat itself. Otherwise, the trip was great. There's also a safari and an ATV ride through the desert. It was super cool! I loved it! A huge thank you to the snorkeling and ATV safari organizers, Ahmed and Mohamed, and the rest of the guys! 🙌🏻☺️

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the service was exceptionally attentive and meticulous.
