The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email. Awesome amenities vibes … No fresh jus

This is the fourth time at sunrise Garden beach and won’t be returning. Room was lovely and kept cleaned and stocked up with drink’s everyday. The food was not so good, the main restaurant was awful, tables not cleaned and food was cold and either over cooked or raw. When it was fish night in main restaurant my husband had fish lasagna and he couldn’t cut it to eat. It was like leather and even the manager of restaurant couldn’t cut it.. We went to the Spanish and we was all sick after eating it. Nuggets for kids where like rocks and couldn’t eat them. Best food we eat in the 2 weeks we was there was the Mexican. Entertainment was dreadful even our 5 year old said it was boring and didn’t want to sit and watch it. Nearly every night dance shows. We was sometimes in our room by 21.00 and that ain’t what we usually do while on holiday. Entertainment team are rude and spend more time on there mobiles than engaging with guest. Spoke to one of the boys named Jimmy about the shows etc and he said that the management of the entertainment team are no good and a waste of time talking to them. Spoke to some guy from top team about shows and he took no notice of what we said and laughed (very rude) While shows where on the entertainment team walked round to try and get people clapping instead they got up and walked out. Pool staff are excellent and the one by the kids pool was really good with the kids. Gardeners are lovely and spoke more to you than entertainment team. The previous years we have been to this hotel we have never wanted to go home but this time I couldn’t wait to get home. I spoke to guest relations but I got the impression she wasn’t really bothered. Said she’d make sure our food was good, what a joke that was. Usually I don’t want to come home but couldn’t wait to get on that plane. Would be a lovely hotel again if they had a decent entertainment team and the food was the standard we had on previous years.

During our stay at the hotel, there was ongoing maintenance work being carried out, and the noise from the construction was incredibly disruptive. It was loud and constant throughout the day, which made it really hard for us to relax or enjoy any peace and quiet. Unfortunately, this noise significantly impacted our overall experience, and we were unable to fully enjoy the facilities or the atmosphere we had hoped for during our visit.

It was a great experience, a big place , with a lot of activities and evening shows, people from here were kind and ready to help whenever you need it . The food is variated and the time I spent at pools was enjoyable .I also liked the hippie tent where you can spend time chilling and having a hookah.I recommended it!

Here now. Fabulous resort - staff so friendly. Mongolian restaurant great. Shout out to Hady and his colleagues there. Excellent service and good. The facilities at the hotel are clean, pools heated and gardens really well kept. Food is of a high standard too

The hotel was really beautiful and clean, we had an amazing cleaner who always made something out of towels. The animators at the resort were also great they always had some great dances or petanque on the program. The waiters in the main room were very helpful and fun

I really liked the hotel, especially the evening animation programs and entertainment with the animators, especially Ousha, Jimmy and Míša, excellent drinks, great food, great water slides, I love the hotel, I will definitely come back here again

I stayed with my mother this time and i habe stayed with my family before. So we were there 4-th or 5-th time. Overall good as always. Rooms are all renovated and look bery nice. Ofcourse at closer look you can see that the quality of the work is not 100%, but that is minor note considering amount of rooms in the hotel. We went for a day trip and i kindly asked to have some fruits in room when we come back late at night and we had it all in room when we arrived - so thankful My mother visited the spa again for the massage and she liked it. Poolguys are very nice, they have all the attention on the pool and they notice if someting is wrong - they do their job very good. Animation team - it was the time when the best AT left and it was a big mistake. The new team didn't have any synergy, they were just doing their job without any emotions. One of the animators thought she is so great dancer that when she messed up on stage at evening show, she just walked away and everyone in the audience could see how disrespectful she really was. Overall we didn't let us bother us, since our mission was just to relax. We didn't experience lack of sunbeds by the pool. Food was delicious with minor errors. We received an invitation to managers cocktail party which was nice gesture. Room cleaner - great attitude and did his job well. Barman Gamal- at the activity poolbar - you are superb Mr. Elsawy- he deserves a raise! mrs. Bashra, my favourite lady in the house Mr.Ibrahim- always looking out for all to be in order with coffe Executive sous chef, Mr. Mosaad - looking out for the food we look and taste - job well done Executive chef, Mr. Hamid - we had a little shrimp drama, but other than that - job well done. Now for cons. I was also talked in by a slaesman by the pool to try the hamam - and allthough we've been in sunrise several times i never tryed it. So i went for it and i was very dissapointed - you get to go to warm sauna, bath and then they put you on top of the cold stone plate - this was terrbile and i never go there again The room we booked was deluxe pool view but according to hotels official webpage and description we received superior poolview, which was cheaper. At the main restaurant one evening they had small glasses with salad and shrimp on top of it - the shrimp was raw. Mr. executive chef told us it is totally fine, but it really wasn't. We just don't eat your shrimps next time, no problem. At Spanish restaurant we waited for about 15 minutes before someone gave us menus. The waiter asked us not to tell anyone, but it is not acceptable. Other than that not much to be concerned about really. We are coming again on 22 February, which is right on the doorstep away and since this time we travel as a family of 5, we had to book 2 rooms, so we took 2 side sea view rooms and i already wrote to hotel that if it would be possible to put us close to each other. They have told that they don't have connected rooms with side sea view,

i stayed at this hotel for over a week and i wish i could of stayed longer all the staff where amazing they all made me feel very welcome, especially the entertainment staff they made my holiday so fun there is a range of different activities you can do and its just amazing. me and my family will definitely be going back again

Cannot fault our visit here. My husband and I came for a baby-moon and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was my second visit to Sunrise Garden Beach, but my husband's first. Absolutely faultless stay. Service was the best part of our stay. From the first class service of staff on the front desk, namely Ahmed El-Bassiony, to the restaurants, to the salon and the spa, we were treated throughout our stay like VIPs. Upon our leave I could also hear the service given to other visitors to be nothing short of first class. Every request was nothing too small for staff and we were constantly checked in with to make sure all was ok with our stay and facilities use. The staff across the resort were always super helpful, namely Shaban and Boshra who always made sure we were looked after. When we weren't completely happy with the original room we were provided the staff were great at offering us an alternative room with a sea view and balcony. I believe they are in the process of refurbishing their rooms so we got to stay in a newly decorated room. The food was impeccable, namely in the restaurants (Mongolian Grill was our favourite). Highly recommend Gamilla and Mongolian Grill for midday snacks/meals. Gamal in Manzoku was extremely accommodating, friendly, and warm, and makes the absolute best mango mocktails! Ali, the chef in the Giardino restaurant always remembered us and gave us his special pasta, made our visit memorable. Shaimaa in the beauty salon provided a great service and Abeer the masseuse was very warm and welcoming. The salon were extremely accommodating as I wear hijab they ensured I had full privacy using the facilities. The staff at sunrise and the facilities available proved time and time again to have thought of every whim and want. We had forgotten our travel adapters and the front desk kindly let us borrow theirs. With every call we made to reception to request things they were very efficient and accommodating.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, this is the second time I have come to this hotel and I was very disappointed. I booked the deluxe room and received at 1 am, when we arrived, a family room with twin beds and cots, there were two of us, in my opinion a joke. I asked them to bring us some food and they brought it to us after 30 minutes. 5 slices of salami with 5 slices of cheese and some rolls, something horror, I went to the reception in the evening and they told me that they only had deluxe rooms with a view of the aqua park or a room next to it that was recently renovated. I accepted the newly renovated room on the second day of my vacation, I want to mention that it was not a deluxe room, not having any of the benefits specified by the hotel for deluxe rooms (bathrobes, minibar stocked every day, snacks, fruit, welcome wine). I went to the customer complaints department and we were treated like beggars, the same food every day for breakfast and lunch, very poorly supplied compared to November. For dinner we ate at the a la carte restaurants, there I can say that it was compensated, although they served you very hard there too, there was discrimination based on nationality. The cleaning was very superficial, the towels were changed but they were stained, and the bedding was changed twice, in the minibar there was no They only put juice on the first day. On the last day they didn't clean at all. I don't recommend it, you pay for 5 star services and get 3 star ones. You should pay more attention to the rooms reserved by customers, cleanliness and last but not least the food. I will definitely not come to this hotel again.
