The equipment isn't new, but the hotel is very clean and has excellent service.

The room is OK, the environment is good, and the price is competitive. I booked Sunrise Holiday Hotel on Ctrip several months in advance, but they said it was fully booked 2 days in advance. I had no choice but to change to this hotel, and there was no compensation. I will try not to book rooms on Ctrip in the future.

I went there for the new decoration, but it looked very old as soon as I saw the door. I would not give it 5 points just for the hardware, but their service staff were very warm and attentive, actively solving problems, which made me feel very good, which is also a plus for the hotel. The hotel's three meals are also good and taste good. There is a pier in the hotel, and you can directly book activities such as going out to sea and diving, which is very convenient, but the price is probably more expensive than outside.

The hotel environment is great, very beautiful, but the room type was wrong at first. We booked a room with a balcony, but were given a room without a balcony and the windows were all barred. However, Ctrip's service was very good and helped us change to a room with a balcony! We booked three meals a day, but we didn't have lunch. We had to pay extra for dinner and drinks. The front desk service was OK!

The service was extremely poor The room type given to us when we checked in was not in line with the booking standard: the room given to us when we checked in was located on the 3rd floor, 336. Turn right after exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor. Almost all the rooms in the entire corridor were open for renovation. There was a strong smell of renovation, noisy renovation sounds, and renovation workers coming in and out. When we entered the room, we found that the room type given to us was not the one I booked at all. Because of the above two points, we immediately went downstairs to communicate with the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk even said hypocritically, "I will upgrade you." After changing to the 5th floor, we found that the changed room met the room type we booked, but there was still a strong musty smell in the room. It took an afternoon to evening to dissipate the smell after opening the window. Imagine, if you are not good at communicating and complaining, will you be arranged to spend a night in an environment with strong odor, surrounded by noise, and difficult to guarantee comfort and safety? It is difficult for guests to return the pool card: In addition to providing a door card when checking in, the front desk also gave us two blue magnetic cards for "pool and beach" (for collecting pool beach towels), but only gave us the cards, without mentioning whether the two pool cards need to be returned to the front desk when checking out. We went to the beach in the afternoon of check-in, and exchanged two pool cards for two pool beach towels from the staff in the hut by the pool, and left the beach towels on the beach chair when leaving the beach. When checking out at noon the next day, the front desk asked me to return the pool card at the same time as returning the room card, otherwise I would need to pay a fee of 300 Egyptian pounds. I said that I used the pool card to collect towels when I went to the swimming pool yesterday afternoon, and I gave the pool card to the staff at this time and did not take it back, so the pool card was not lost, but was taken away by the staff. The front desk then asked me to go to the hut by the pool together, asking me to "identify which staff member I handed it to", "What time did you hand in the card? Did you give it to him or him? They are all my (front desk staff) colleagues, and they were the only ones on duty at this time yesterday", and when I expressed that "because the staff were all in uniform, I couldn't tell which hotel staff member it was", I repeated the (front desk staff's) questions again and again. After a standoff of nearly 20 minutes under the scorching sun, I repeatedly told them not to waste their time, and the front desk staff finally asked me to sign a document to rebate 300 Egyptian pounds and let us go. Although both parties were calm during the overall communication process, such a service attitude is not worth it and will not retain valuable customers.

The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to Egypt. The order included three meals a day, and the last day's lunch was also included. Because the hotel stipulates that check-out is at 12 o'clock, I was called out of the restaurant by a middle-aged male staff member in public when I was eating lunch at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I was taken to the front desk like a prisoner and asked for 700 Egyptian pounds for the meal. I couldn't believe that such extremely rude and impolite behavior appeared in a five-star hotel. I have been to dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of star-rated hotels. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. To be honest, this rude behavior has seriously affected the image of the hotel. I hope that such low-level and terrible things will not happen in the future. However, the price of the hotel is very cheap, the environment is also very beautiful, the buffet is also rich and delicious, the hotel front desk staff, porters, security personnel, restaurant, and room waiters have a very good working attitude. Every staff member I met is very enthusiastic and helpful. It is a very good hotel and worth staying in.

The Hotel as a place is okay, the personel and their service made the atmosphere feel like home. Entertainment group is professional and made the stay very comfy for us with talking to us and getting us to do sport activities. Also just swimming in the pool was great because of the professional lifeguards that were making us feel safe. Room was clean. There wasn't really much noise problems everything was neutral. Location is great, near you have shops and pharmacy. Value was equal to the experience. I'd like to come back. I'll recommend to everyone to go there.

People from restuurant were so nice, and kind, especually 3 of them, their names was twoMohameds and Mustafa. Reception was fast chekin us in, and we got a really nice family room. We changed because lack of balkony. But the room was great. Beach is so clean.

Spent 5 nights here after a visit to Cairo followed by a Nile Cruise. Spacious rooms, fantastic food with huge choice, secluded beach & huge pool with ample sun beds, wonderful friendly staff wherever you went who couldn’t do enough for you. Would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quality hotel in a fabulous setting.

Everything is perfect....ford, sea, beach...resort is not to big but is perfect for relaxation. Recomand you. Services is five star
