The hotel has a very nice sea view and beautiful swimming pool. I don’t really like the service there and I have been having a diarrhea most probably due the provided food.

Excellent service, clean, family friendly with entertainment team to provide evening activities. Day Trips can be booked from the team within the hotel. Amenities plentiful, rooms clean, light and airy. Restaurant staff friendly, efficient, food excellent and plentiful.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, not far from the city of Hurghada. The facilities are a bit old, the environment is OK, the all-inclusive meals are not very good, and the soft drinks are diluted with water. Some waiters are very flattering and flattering to white people, and their attitude towards Chinese people is average.

Let me start with the advantages. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful scenery. It is comfortable to sunbathe on the private beach. Three meals a day are included, which is cheap. High cost performance. The service is terrible. Eating is like eating in a cafeteria. You have to queue up to get food, and the food is monotonous. The food is almost the same after staying for 5 days. The most outrageous thing is that the landline in the room rang at 4 am for several consecutive days, making it impossible to rest.

The hotel I chose for a short stay in Hurghada city, the only advantage is that it is close to the sea. The hotel elevator and rooms have a strong body odor, mostly European and American elderly people, and there are also tourist groups. In short, it is not recommended.

It was clearly written from the 16th to the 19th that breakfast and lunch were included on the check-out day on the 19th. But we were not allowed to have lunch, and they said they would negotiate with the software that we used to book the room, and it had nothing to do with them, even though I showed them the original statement that lunch was included on the check-out day on the 19th. But they still refused to admit it... The front desk service was rubbish!

Our room is on the fifth floor. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful. The room is spacious. The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud. It includes three meals and afternoon tea. The food is rich and cost-effective.

The prices in Egypt are really scary. It costs more than 500 RMB per night, including breakfast, lunch and dinner for two people. All are buffets. I can't imagine or believe it.
