Costs you like a tent place and if you don't have Hilton expectations, everything is very ok considering how much you paid. The beach is the place where you feel very good thanks to the beach manager Atef who makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff cleaning does its job and cleans the room every day. So if you have no pretensions you will feel at home. I hope to visit this location again in the future if I have the opportunity. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality.

am very satisfied with the services offered by the hotel, the price and the offer, you get what you paid for, if you have a problem, you can go to another location without any problem, especially for customers from the west who are welcome to complaints and welcome to the Bar as usual and I don't understand what it means respect, they are arrogant and superior. I am pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the beach manager Atif, who is very professional, you can see years of experience and at an advanced age, he gives an example to young people by cleaning the beach (he collects the trash and cigarette butts and they look at him without to lend a hand to help) If you need any help or information, Atif is the right man. Such a man would be held by the company because it's hard to find suitable and loyal people nowadays. So don't forget how much you paid before to criticize because people there do their duty with the little that is available to them, so don't forget respect, dear customer. So if I have the opportunity, I will visit this location again. Thanks for all staff room 437

Hotel is really nice. Food is delicious, everyone will find something from yourself . Nice place for couples, families and single. Beach is amazing. Weather is always perfect. Nice wind. Funny and kind animators, specially that one from Poland - Madzia.

The hotel îs Reilly good. We love the view. People are real nice. Relly good service. Animation are nici, and Polish Animator. Swimming pool îs perfect, but u have to have to know, how to știm. Șea IT s Reilly nici, but you have to remember abolit Water shoes.ș

We arrived at the hotel. It is very worn out and dated. I have attached a picture of the shower in the bathroom of room 518. This was unsafe and unacceptable. There was movement in the shower tray, no handle and that shower curtain needs throwing away! A cheeky member of staff asked me for money. My daughter and partner would not shower in it. We asked to be moved - we had to wait until the morning and paid extra to go to Royal Star Beach Resort which is much better and acceptable.

This hotel is a death trap. There was a fire in our apartment block last night. There are no working smoke alarms. No fire alarm. No evacuation procedures. The electrics are terrible. The animation team and bar staff were fire fighting with outdated extinguishers.

If your priority is 5 * hotel & 5 * food then this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a fantastic hotel with the most friendly welcoming staff with basic clean rooms then this is the one. The food is good , you will always find something that suits. Again not 5 * but they are not claiming to be 5* The omelettes for breakfast are 😋. 5*. The animation team are high energy fantastic people, the belly dancing in the evening is brilliant. I didn’t use the pools as the beach was less than a minutes walk from my room. the beach recreation team very friendly , especially Saed , always smiling and always ready to help , no need to ask he is always one step ahead of you. Another i need to mention is Sultan aka Doctor fish, he is on the beach and will offer you the best foot therapy leaving your feet & legs refreshed , feet as smooth as never before. (veins noticeably looking better). Give it a go You won’t regret it. Fantastic trips arranged from the beach. I can’t wait to visit again.

Nice stuff,good food,good animation, everything is so nice i really enjoy come to this hotel. The food is so sweet, the Animation is one of the best team ever. I will love to come to this hotel every vacation.

My sister, daughter and I just had a great week (February 2024 half-term) at Empire Beach Aqua Resort. The rooms are dated and would definitely benefit greatly from a refurbishment but they were clean and comfortable and were spacious with a great private balcony. We all had great night sleeps as the beds were very good with lovely clean bedding. Plenty of towels supplied and rooms were cleaned and beds made (along with towel swans) every day. The resort had 3 pools, and just beyond the pools was a private beach with a calm sea. Plenty of beds and parasols and with your towel voucher (issued by reception on your arrival) you could get a clean beach towel every day. The food was varied and there was always plenty of fresh salads, veg, breads, fish and meat. There was always rice, pasta and potatoes. Desserts were a bit samey (variety of little cakes in the main) but also usually fruit, jellies, yoghurt and pastries too. We certainly didn't go hungry. Wine wasn't available but beers, spirits, mixers and soft drinks were, and the waiters were all good at making sure we had everything we wanted. The staff were fantastic, reception staff were attentive, informative and friendly. Waiting and bar staff were hard working and smiley and the cleaning and pool/beach staff were beyond helpful. Special mention to the entertainment team. Their boss went out of his way to chat to us every day, letting us know what to expect at the evening's show, and his group of beautiful and talented dancers/entertainers were excellent and kept us all happy. The twin sisters were especially brilliant - they deserve all the applause. We had a wonderful couple of hours at the sister Hotel next door where we paid approx 90 euros each for the Cleopatra treatment (sauna, steam room, coconut scrub, hot tub and full body massage) which we'd highly recommend. We also saw Sultan (Doctor Fish) on our beach for a wonderful treatment, plus we went on a boat trip to Orange Bay, stopping for snorkeling on the way which was a wonderful experience, plus Orange Bay was amazing. Otherwise we just stayed at the resort, sunbathing and swimming in the pool or sea, we had beautiful weather, and really didn't want to come home! We'll be back though...
