Abadan sery was an amazing server in the library our cocktails wines and beers were all great he was a lovely always smiling making us laugh

I am very satisfied with the nice rooms and very kind staff. I am here for the second time and I hope to come again.And I am most delighted with the staff from the beach, all praise for their kindness and pleasantness.

We have just returned from a long weekend at the Sinbad resort and here are our thoughts: The main pool: yes people do go down ridiculously early to secure the best spots. It did get busy but was ok. Not sure what it would be like in high season. Another guest suggested we try the beach or the aqua park as they are less busy. We went to the beach and spent the rest of our holiday there. There were plenty of Sunbed’s, there was food and drink available and the toilets were very clean. The beach gently slopes into the sea which was initially shallow so great for the little ones but does get deep fairly quickly. Lots of people had snorkels to look at the fish that were swimming around. Make sure to check out the floating Sunbed’s (not sure what else to call them). This was a very chilled out area. Italian restaurant: lovely setting but was very rushed, no time between courses. The food was ok but no better quality than the other eateries onsite. Asian restaurant was a completely different experience to the Italian restaurant. We weren’t rushed and the food was cooked beautifully. Definitely book this if you can. Botanica, near the aqua park was a much quieter space to eat rather than the two main eateries on site. It was a slower pace, less people and enough food. Regarding the food, there is something for everyone and all freshly cooked. You will not go hungry here! Staff were fabulous, Islam looked after us around the pool, Mohammad did an amazing job cleaning our room and sorting out beach towels. There was a lovely young man looking after us in the lounge/library area also but I didn’t catch his name. All staff were friendly and professional. The place itself was very clean and loads of different areas with different vibes to sit and enjoy a drink of your choice.

The best hotel in Hughada. Nice workers especially Lifeguard Ismail and abdelsalam nagib. Food and drinks is amazing. Beach is very good. Room is very clean. I would recimend this hotel for everyone. Kids will love this hotel. Aqua park is very good.

Wow, what a beautiful place. Not only the hotel was very nice, also the staff. They take your wishes and needs into account. We went with children and my parents, they gave us a very suitable room. They gave us two rooms next to each other on the ground floor, with a dear end so the baby could crawl outside. The room was also close to the pool, bar and reception, just perfect. The housekeeper Mahmoud was excellent. Very nice gentleman, always there to help you if needed. The food was just perfect, delicious. Every day something different, we stayed 10 days. Even on arrival, very late at night they had some food reserved. The entertainment was also was very nice. Every day something fun to do, even for the children. And everyone is very nice to children. Always entertaining. There were enough sunbeds. The staff collect the number of sunbeds you need and lay out the towels. The pools, wavepool and slides were fun. Our oldest enjoyed them en secretly we do too. The sea is just a 3 minute walk, also there the food, drinks, staf everything is nice. You have sunbeds on a higher part, but also directly on the beach, so you can just walk into the sea. There was just 1 thing we didn't like and that was going home. I hope we can come back sometimes! My oldest didn't say it was nice, but it was very awesome!

THEY LET OTHER GUESTS SLAP CHILDREN!!!!! So as this was are 3rd time at this hotel 2019, 2022 & 2023 I expected we were going to have an amazing time as we did the first 2 times, boy was I wrong!!! So the first week was ok no issues but the second week we were enjoy a day at the beach my husband & 3 children my little girl who is 12 had gone over to grab her phone which was left in the shade not further than 20 Seconds out my view anyway she come running back about 3 mins after screaming hysterically that a WOMEN had slapped her across the face me being alarmed and her crying so bad could not work out what had happened but turns out there had been a vape dropped by my daughters foot and this WOMEN who was Russian had started screaming saying my daughter had stole it but of course the lady was screaming in different language, so my daughter couldn’t understand she just seen her pointing at the vape which she clearly had dropped, that being said women then slaps her right across the face!!!! So she is in shock!! My husband then comforts the women and she admits she done it, still insisting my child deserved it. It was awful! A lady from hotel reception comes down and all she says is put some cream on it tomorrow she’ll be ok.. then both party’s had a meeting in the managers office he was useless and told both parties to stay after from each other and that was it. Also the women who said “oh just put cream on it” then lied and said no I didn’t say that she was a bloody liar but luckily we had a witness to her saying it!! But at the end of the day they did not care about my poor child at all just brushed it off I’m absolutely disgusted by it!! And wish we went to the police and took it further but the hotel persuaded us not to!! So if you want to go to This hotel just watch your poor children my daughter had been out my slight 3 mins max!!! Women in pic is the awful receptionist that didn’t care either!!!
