Just a heads up. Arrived yesterday 21st Jan. The pool is closed for maintenance. 2 weeks I think but double check. Staff are lovely its Tui who are rubbish and didn’t tell us.

The hotel is perfect for having a good time. Fine food. A lot of activities in the hotel all day. They can plan a lot of trips for you. And always makes sure you get home safe and feel safe when you go out. The animation team at the hotel makes a good vibe for youre holiday.

Animatie team is great, very kind and active. Hotel is also good. For sure recommanded accomidation. Food is good and the rooms are fine

My experience in the hotel is amazing, I love this hotel and all the staff are very friendly, animation team are lovely and always talkative. Everything in this hotel is so close and easy to get to. I will come back next year. The rooms are good and beds comfortable.

We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The beach is beautiful, rooms are comfortable, and the staff is amazing. The animation team was full of energy and really made our vacation memorable. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing holiday!

Nice hotel in a very good location near the marina and city center. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a private beach with beautiful sea views. A comfortable and pleasant stay — would recommend and come back again.

A great hotel with lovely pool And beach.. the animation team were friendly too.. wish the all inclusive ran to at least midnight finishes at 11pm. Rooms dated but clean and comfortable.. will definitely come back and stay again.. great location if you like to be in the hustle and bustle highly recommended.

I love all the activities that the staff provide during the day They organise a night out at a club after 11pm and I went out with them & danced until 2am until all my clothes were soaked ! Had such a blast,I need to do it again What an amazing experience

Thank you to Jade and the animation team but making out holiday so memorable. My 5 year old old adored them and the rest of the workers. Everyone made such a fuss of her. The trips booked through the hotel were also very good.

We stayed over the Christmas period from 15th to 28th December. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and the majority of the staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. The bar staff, restaurant staff, pool staff and housekeeping are all very helpful and very accommodating. However, a few of the reception staff I found quite rude and condescending. With regards to the food on offer, I found this to be of low quality and the selection was hardly varied for the duration of our stay. There is only one main restaurant which resembled a canteen and gets very overcrowded. After a few days of the same food on offer it got to the point where we couldn't face another night of it and ended up eating out on a lot of the evenings. With regards to the food at the pool bar, this was perfectly acceptable for a snack at lunch time but again the food was very repetitive. They did put on an evening entertainment for Xmas Eve which was at an extra cost of 55 euros per person and I have to say they made a great effort with this. The food was much better and a good night was had by all. The front of the hotel is absolutely manic and crossing the road to get to the cash point if needed is a nightmare. It's not a pretty area at all and you are better off getting a taxi up to the Marina area where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. There was one restaurant we visited about a 20 minute walk from the hotel called Granada which was particularly good and if you like Shisha it was very good here. There is also a restaurant within the hotel grounds The Caribbean which again is fairly priced and has a good ambience. Onto my main gripe with our stay - i paid for an upgrade for a triple room with sea view. The extra charge for this was per person. On arrival we were very disappointed with the room. It was obviously a double room with a 'put up' bed squeezed in. There was hardly any space to move and the furniture had been moved around to accommodate the extra bed. There was hardly any room to move which made it very awkward with us being three adults. Our room number was 421 and while at the hotel we befriended a single guy who was staying in 424. He showed us his room which was very spacious and obviously a triple room. I should have said something I know when we got there but I had checked the hotel before we left home and could see the hotel was fully booked so I didn't see the point of mentioning at the time. One last comment, if you like to dress up during your holiday (bearing in mind we were there over the Xmas period) then this isn't the hotel for you. Hardly anybody seemed to make any effort and tracksuits etc seemed to be the main choice of holiday clothing.
